This was our second time here, and it was really good both times. I'd have no problem going back again. The food was excellent, and the buffet had a great variety of dishes (of which I tried most). The cooks were constantly refilling the buffet table, so the food was always fresh. The servers were very attentive, coming by our table often to check on us. It's a large restaurant, so you aren't sitting right next to another table, but the atmosphere isn't anything to write home about (hence 4 stars). It is clean, and what you'd expect from a Chinese buffet for decor. The adult price was either $15.95 or $16.95 with 20% off for seniors. I ate my money's worth and went away happy! Went for lunch today. What a horrible buffet. Ginger beef sat in a gross looking sauce, Dry spareribs were so hard you could eat them. None of the trays seemed to be replenished, so you had to scrape what you could off the bottom. I could go on, but don't go there. There have to be much better options for $18 read more

Ordered a few meals; overall assessment below average and overpriced. Beef and broccoli was full of broccoli, not a lot of beef. Of course for 20$ it doesn't come with a side of steamed rice, it would break the bank. The other dishes are pretty similar, small portion, about 20 each. I also tried the salt and pepper shrimp which was a disappointment. It was soggy, medium/small, again not what I would expect for 20$. Overall, I won't eat here again. It was really good! We had delivery due to self isolation for my birthday. Sweet and pour pork was not too battered sauce was great, lemon chicken was lean and the sauce was really tasty served separately, vegetable chow menu fresh and the portions were dinner and lunch the next day. The worst food we have ever seen or tried to eat. They tried to direct us to the buffet but we wanted to order from the menu. They gave a takeout menu with limited explanations, a bad sign. The egg rolls were deep fried in the distant past then probably microwaved for us. The breading was like armor and the innards were something brown we could not identify. They got left mostly uneaten We ordered ginger chicken and asked what vegetables were in the dish. We got a vague answer. The dish was deep fried pieces of chicken with maybe a bit of onion a little ginger and no spice. We split the dish and neither one of us could choke down their half. Absolutely awful. They need to go out of business to preserve the dignity of chinese cuisine. read more

This place isn't fresh at all , food sits all day long and has a strange flavour to it ! I paid for food that I didn't receive. Called them and the owner said he would not credit my visa back , they would give me a credit only if I ordered through them again, great customer service eh ! I've eaten here a few times. Tonight's meal was by far the worst. The only thing hot was the wonton soup. The buffet was next to nil with no food, and what was left was cold. Paid my bill and left still hungry. It will be awhile before I go back. Note, they seemed more eager to please the take-out service, then the seated customers. read more

I was there 19 of October 13 with my family. I paid for myself and my brother. As I was getting to leave I felt I got accused of being dishonest. The lady at the till asked me to pay for one other person. Which her family already. Do not being accused of lying. It was solved by the lady looking back at a receipt. And found out it was paid. I went here with my sister last week for the Chinese food buffet and it was amazing everything tasted great the wonton soup was wonderful ! the ginger beef was perfect ( not chewy and hard like most places) & the sweet and sour chicken balls were awesome ! A pretty 'average' Chinese buffet. I never manage to eat enough to make buffets cost-effective. I was disappointed that they charged us $1.99 for my 1 year old to have one bite of my dinner. It's not like I was feeding him off of my plate -- he had a taste. On that premise alone, there was no tip and I doubt I'll be back. Customers only know what you inform them and I would have either (a) purchased a child's plate for $1.99 and fed him or (b) not shared my food with him. We won't be back. read more

Wouldn't put any food out at 8:50 even though their sign says they close at 10. If you want to go there for buffet don't go after 8 as they won't provide a good service. This is how businesses get a bad rep. 1 star well deserved. read more

Gross... Went for lunch at 2pm and it was as if they made the food - no one came - they left it instead of make fresh food... Everything was hard and cold.. The dry robs were completely inedible... They just have you order from the menu if you want fresh.. So instead of paying you're basic 12-16$ for your meal, you have to pay double or triple... I gave no tip and if I wasn't so sick after my "meal" I would have made a fuss to have it for free... Most expensive place in town and the nastiest place in town... Go to Airdrie Wok... I had a pleasant with friends enjoying all you can eat Chinese food. Had a wide variety of meat and also had bacon and cheese musils. They had a working ice cream machine which was a plus. Service was good not great. Overall I'd recommend it. read more

I don't know what you all are complaining about. The food was great, the service was decent, however they were a bit cheap but that's to be expected at a Chinese restaurant, for example we could not refill our pops for free we had to pay the full price for another pop. It's really expensive for Chinese food that's average at best. Save your money, there are better ones around town.

Waiters are to themselves and will only come to you for water, they are like water ninjas...your cup of water has to be 2/3 full or more to them. Food is decent, good selection, building is roomy and food is good...don't know why people hate it so much. I will come back. read more

I called to complain that I found a hair in my dumpling and was given a very monotone - Oh I'm sorry for the error. When I explained we ate their all the time he looked up my address and verified the most recent order and said "oh you ordered the dumplings" WOW - that concerns me for sure! Do not eat here read more
