She spent a great deal of time asking questions I would have never thought of. Dr.Maren is a Doctor who actually gets to know you individually. There is no one size fits all when it comes to diagnosing and I love that she is so personable. The tests she recommended helped to figure out what was going on in my body. She took it a step further and recommended a specific treatment plan just for me including supplements and nutrition. Having a holistic plan was the most important piece to me and I truly valued all of her resources she provided in helping me heal. I feel so blessed to have found such an empowered and inspiring woman that rocks being a Dr!

It's a bonus that he always has a pleasant demeanor and is upbeat and funny. His office staff are absolutely the best. Jamie, Dawn, Sherry, and Adrianne have never been anything but kind, patient, and understanding. They truly make a patient feel special, cared for, and well looked after. (I see them every week, as I get allergy shots in the office.) To say that they go above and beyond would be an understatement! I've never been so impressed with a medical practice. It should be noted that I'm presently without health insurance - they're very discreet and incredibly thoughtful about helping me keep expenses down. I'll be going to this office as long as both the practice and I both exist!

I have a fairly stressful life, and Dr. Shindler suggested that I give it a go to help relieve stress. Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health. Nice to see a doctor's office understand.
