The place is new with a nice layout, but the kid at the counter was about as unhelpful as you could get. That's a first for me in other other places like this. Usually they go out of their way to assist you. I was surprised here, he acted inconvenienced by the simplest question, started with a blank stare, finished with 'I don't know'. I guess that's the level of service now. Finally, I had to request the receipt after cashing out. I'm surprised I wasn't expected to ring up the sale myself too! It was odd. I'll drive a little further down the road to avoid that again.

Brandi is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Just a down-to-earth person, always seems happy to be there, which makes me think there's a lot of good stuff going on in this business. The "kid" who runs the place now knows nothing about customer service and doesn't hold the staff accountable to make up for his weakness. The staff is rude and act like they don't appreciate your business at all. They have a nice selection but I rather go elsewhere and pay more to have a place give me some common curiosity for my business. It's a real shame.

I just had a bad experience at another store (Macy's) and wrote a negative review for them. On the…read moreflip side of the coin, I wanted to come over and write a positive review for EB Liquors. Every time I've been in, I've been treated with respect. Prices are fair, too. The only time I had a somewhat awkward experience was when I was 7 months pregnant and went in at Christmas time to purchase a bottle of Irish Cream as a gift. But in their defense, they were probably worried that I was preggy and boozing. That said, this store will be getting ALL of our business moving forward.
