This happened because in the past when I made appointments I had to cancel them due to the expense, The shop is very expensive and if the person can't afford having their hair coiffed then they need to cancel and reschedule. Stephen B. was my hairdresser and he is no longer working there due to a severe accident he had in his home. It took her about 45 mins just to blow dry my hair (and I don't have thick hair). I almost choked when they told me the price: $165 (for cut and highlights). The last time I had this same quality of haircut and color, it was about $60. 1 day later: I called and expressed to the manager how I felt about my haircut. She thanked me for calling back and set me up that day with one of the owners to fix my cut. He did an EXCELLENT job and I'm very happy that they got me in so soon and that he took his time with me and knew exactly what I wanted. Still, very pricy, but they did fix my hair.
