Starbucks is a place to either get your morning coffee or just sit there and do your homework. The atmosphere is amazing. The music that they play is very relaxing. I'm a regular customer in Starbucks. The inside of the store is very clean and has a lot of space for you to sit and enjoy your coffee or the atmosphere. When I come to the Starbucks are usually order one thing. It is small pike in a large cup of wine with three extra shots espresso shots and topped out with Heavy whipping cream. Since I am on keto diet, that is the best fat source or you can possibly get throughout the day. They charge about $.60 for a heavy whipping cream but I think that's fine because I whipping cream is pretty expensive it's self I would highly suggest you to visit this place and try their variety of choices.. read more

I called within seconds of ordering because I had ordered it too soon. They said they'd wait to put it in until I got there. That sounded nice. Though the manager was pretty rude when I got there. My food was cold and she complained about remaking it fresh. Not your normal Starbucks conduct or personality. Ok maybe she's having a bad morning. I hope her day gets better. read more

Love this stop in York, Nebraska. Always try to stop here on our way to Omaha. The coffee is always decent but what makes the difference is the staff, one better than other! We often run into Dan at the register and she's the sweetest, good conversations, wonderful smiles on all the faces, you can definitely see the wonderful Nebraskan spirit here. Stopped in there for a quick tea and iced mocha while traveling through the area on I-80. I'm a Starbucks 'dork' and spend more time at many different locations than I probably should. I asked the cashier to 'check' my card to see how many stars I had and if I had a free drink on it. She lectured me that I was using a 'gift card' NOT a Starbucks card (it was a Starbucks card) and that there was no way for employees to check any of that information that I needed to get a phone and download the Starbucks app if I needed to know any information. I travel for work all the time and frequently ask other baristas to do this every few weeks. Finally another store employee 'corrected' her, however I never received an apology. Many other reviewers had problems with this store being 'slow', however they were speedy the day I was there, just condescending. read more

This location was recently renovated, and I really like the new space. The hub and I live in Lincoln, and our extended families live in rural Nebraska and rural Kansas; any road trip for us goes through York, and I look forward to stopping at Starbucks every time. The service is usually friendly, though slow at times. I'll keep coming back. I would encourage the managers to work on speeding up their service. read more

We were driving from Chicago to Colorado and a Starbucks appears on highway 80 out of nowhere, had to stop, my wife runs in and gets us coffee and we're on our way. A week or so later after time in Co. and NM. we are heading home, get to highway 80, and a Starbucks appears again, this time we both go in for coffee and a bagel, and the lady behind the counter smiles at my wife, says "you're the lady from Chicago! and they both resume chatting as though they were lost friends. This is a typical Starbucks in most respects. The coffee and pastries are the same you'll find at any Starbucks. I am giving this a five star review though because of how great the employees are. The cashier asked me if I'd like a glass of water for my six year old and then when I messed up my order by telling them the wrong size they fixed it no charge. That's excellent customer service. I love this place. I've never had complaints in the past. A while back I moved quite a few hours away and have been on the road for some hours today to come back to visit family. Thought, I gotta stop in York at Starbucks. As I pull into the drive thru a male employee comes up and says they are closing early due to the holiday. Okay. That's a bummer, but I get it. BUT.. we pulled up next door at Pump & Pantry to let the kids get out for a minute and the Starbucks employee was talking with the car that had been behind us. He moved the cones and let them go to the ordering screen! I guess it pays to have friends... but WTf. Not impressed. The service here was really incredible! All staff went out of their way to be friendly. The woman who took my order was extremely friendly and kind, and the barista made conversation while making my drink. The only complaint that I have is that I ordered an unsweetened drink, and it definitely came out sweetened. Overall though, the experience was really great! read more

I went through here and they didn't put the lid all the way on my hot tea so it ended up getting all over my van door that I have to have detailed now. Plus I ended up getting burnt on top of it, and the lady that did it was laughing and trying to tell me that it was my fault. They really need to work on their customer experience, because when a customer has their drink spilled down on them and their vehicle because the workers don't put the lid on it's not the customers fault. read more
