So the drive through line was overloaded so went into store for single item order. Yeah, the people working took my order and then took over 10 minutes to fill. Their response was that they needed to fill drive thru orders first. I called corporate while waiting and they said that isn't starbucks rule. This Starbucks absolutely sucks. I irder almost daily from the time I leave Sebastian, I get there and I'm STILL somehow stuck in the store waiting 15-20 minutes when it had been about 20 minutes since i placed my online order. Always says 7-10 minutes when you place the order too yet you stilllll wait. They throw together everything sloppy, I've had stuff I've paid extra for missing too and don't have time to sit and wait for it to be remade. Glad I waited 20 extra minutes again today and was late to work. They need to do better. This place has had years to improve and they still can't figure it out. read more

Party of 2. Monday, December 26th, 2022 2:30pm $38.00 Thank God for holiday gift cards gifts, we spent our $25 Starbucks and $15 Target cards with $ 2.80 left over. Located inside of Target, private parking lot, long line however it is the day after Christmas/Boxing Day. Only 3 ladies working that I saw and handled it all very well. They seem to work well together, well under pressure and all with a smile. Line was always long and stayed long but not too bad (looked worse than it was) about 10-15 min wait and short wait for our order about 5-10 mins. Ordered 3 sausage/egg/cheese breakfast sandwiches, 2 ham and cheese stuffed croissants, 1 venti and 1 grande mocha frappes with no whip. Food seemed fresh and perfect temperature and drinks were on point and delicious. We don't shop at Target or Starbucks often but this was a good visit for the day after Christmas and the fact we were gifted gift cards while getting back on the road. read more

Worst service ever. Placed a mobile order at 7:02am. Arrived at 7:14am. Didn't leave until 7:41am. I was super upset. I ordered 3 items, 2 drinks and 1 sandwich. One drink was up when someone finally bothered to ask me my name for the order. He handed me the drink and pretty much just goes back to what he was doing. I get that it's busy, but come on I was clearly needing something else. Someone else asked if I was waiting for stuff, said another drink and a sandwich. She tells me they'll be up shortly it's just a little busy. Ok, fine. 10 minutes later and nothing. Not even another acknowledgment by anyone. Finally head to the cashier who is new and clearly struggling. No one bothers to help her. After another 7 minute wait and being ignored some more, as were the others gathering in the line now. I finally get to the cashier and tell her what is going on and that I just want my money back as we're on the way to the airport to fly out to see my grandfather who isn't doing well. Her response was that she isn't the one to talk to, she's new. Ok. Helpful. Then get me someone to talk to, I have to go. Finally the team member working off to the side, maybe manager, comes over and I repeat what happened and that i need to go, she cuts me off with a huff and says it was picked up. I'm standing right here with one of my items, so no it wasn't. She doesn't believe me I guess, goes and checks and says it was picked up. Again I am here so it wasn't picked up by me, it isn't my fault they gave my items to someone else and why wasn't that communicated when I gave them my name and said I had more items? This could have been resolved 20 minutes ago. She offers no apology just an attitude and writes what I irdered before turning away to go back to work. She then prepares my sandwich while I wait several minutes more for an Americano. Which was supposed to be iced as I told her and was handed to me hot when I finally got it. I was beyond upset at this point. Nearly 30 minutes in the store being ignored and treated like crap with no apology, don't know how they can do business with that type of management. It was one of the top 10 worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never visit Starbucks again. I'll drink gas station coffee I have to. read more

Only visiting Vero Beach a couple of times in the last month, I was surprised that the baristas remembered my trademark drink: "Bill's Morning Start." Although the could not remember the specific ingredients, they did remember it was $9.00 and change. A "Bill's Morning Start" is a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one - pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. The employees here are just so nice! The location is also super cozy but the store's layout seems to make for a of wasted space. The seating area is crammed at the front of the store and you walk down a short hallway like area that was supposed to have retail but was nearly empty. These a minor details of course. If you're heading to 95 South this is an easy stop. read more

Eating on the drive thru experience, I give it 4 stars loved customer service and her patience for me, since I was indecisive. 1 star less because I was waiting 15min for my drink and sandwich. I had to park my car and put it on drive if we moved. I got then maple pecan iced latte and I love this drink! It taste like sweet coffee and has bites of pecan in it and maple on the bottom. This is my favorite fall drink. I also got the spicy chorizo sandwich and the cheese was gooey and stringy how I love it. I would come back, just not in drive-thru. read more

Placed an order online and after standing by the "online order pick up" for 10minutes I had to ask someone what the hell was going on with my order and then they start saying they don't have pretty much everything I ordered, so I asked them to exchange it for something else and they simply said we have to refund you and you have to order again, worst customer service ever. read more

Overall I was very disappointed with the service in this location. We have been to Starbucks all over the world and never received service where we felt like we had to write a review. 1. Ordered a protein pack chicken wrap and when I opened it it had mold on the food. 2. When I returned to the counter to show the manager didn't even realize it was mold. The cashier has to explain to her what she was looking at. 3. Only action taken was refunded my money 4. At the order counter a lady was complaining about her coffee was cold and all they said was sorry there is a line and didn't do anything to resolve it. 5. Took someone's bagel and cream cheese and tossed it across the counter into someone else's drink that was sitting there. Another customer sitting doing her work noticed everything and was in shock by what she saw and heard. 6. No toilet paper in the woman's bathroom. Was told by the manager to use the men's bathroom (I'm pregnant by the way) 7. I brought in my Starbucks cup to be used for my drink order and they completely dismissed my cup and used their own. When I noticed I asked what happened to my cup and it was placed at the back counter like nothing happened. I was completely in shock by how everything was going. No attention to details nor the customer at all!! Overall just not the service or attitude I've been accustomed to at Starbucks and felt it was worth mentioning. read more

For some reason this Starbucks consistently runs out of inventory especially the egg bites. I thought maybe it was just an issue with the app not being updated but I've called several times to confirm and each time they confirm that they are out of egg bites. This place is consistent. Whether the drink you order is good or bad depends on what you order, but - they are consistent! I tend to get a java chip frappacino here, and it's almost always delicious. One time I strayed and ordered an iced mocha. I regretted that decision. Once you find what works for you here, stick with it. The service inside tends to be slower than the drive thru, so I almost always use the drive thru since I visit this Starbucks during my work day. All in all, a decent Starbucks for your corporate caffeine fix. read more

I am a frequent Starbucks shopper. This particular location is OK. Don't get me wrong...there are five, what I call Superstar Batista's...they exceed expectations every visit. There are two that really shouldn't have customer contact due to the continual errors they make....maybe they're just enamored by my beauty....lol. And please clean up guys. *** Selling old coffee & rudest employees ever! *** I often come to this Starbucks location because it's pretty close to where I run errands. This morning at approximately 11:10am I ordered a mocha frappe and a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru. It was absolutely pouring, so the transaction was pretty fast. I quickly got my coffee and my sandwich and headed back home in the rain. I was never given a receipt, but didn't think anything of it. Maybe the printer ran out of paper, or the girl was in a hurry, right? It wasn't until I drove all the way home (about a fifteen minute drive with morning traffic), and picked up my coffee out of my cup holder that I realized it was barely chilled and melted! There was a thick sediment in the bottom and the whipped cream was chunky and like soup. I proceeded to dump it out in my house, and I happened to look at the time it was made (something I never do), and it said 7:35am! Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous! I wouldn't have such an issue with it if there wasn't dairy involved. I have no idea how long that was sitting out before they stuck it back in the refrigerator, or if they even did at all! Later that day while running more errands, I went back to Starbucks with a picture of the time my drink was made and I also had proof of the time of the transaction because I used my debit card. I walked in a calmly asked to speak with the manager. A woman with very short brown hair approached me and asked what she could do for me. I told her the situation and I was met with an attitude. She said "I don't know how that's even possible, we make all of our drinks to order." I explained that I'm also a barista, and I understand how it works. She almost made it out to be like I was lying? She just kept repeating that it's not possible! Well, apparently it is possible because it just happened to me. At that point she slammed her pen down on her computer and said "Well I'll just give you a refund." Okay. Cool. That's fine. But here is what really got me... As I was walking out she said "Well you shouldn't take melted coffees." Excuse me? When I'm paying four dollars for a small coffee, I shouldn't have to sit in your drive thru window and inspect the coffee to make sure it's not hours old and melted! read more

Came here because they're open on the 1st with regular hours. I got their cold brew, which I noticed that they diluted with water + added a lot of ice to when they prepared it. The coffee as expected tasted dark roast, but it was decent. Service was also ok. Not too fast when we ordered inside but saw that there was a drive through lane, which might be faster. read more

This Starbucks is the most convenient for my commute to and from work, and I have used it for years. I am seriously considering no longer being a patron of the particular location any longer, as the past four or five times that I have been through their drive-thru the service has been unsatisfactory. The person taking orders doesn't seem familiar with the menu and the wait-time is ridiculously long. The last trip resulted in driving off with my sparkling lemonade, only to discover some small, strange dark pink flakes floating throughout my drink. I had to throw the entire thing away. (After waiting 18 minutes to get it in the first place, I didn't have time to return it.) Not sure if the place is under new management, but something needs to change. read more

This Starbucks got a really good location, good coffee (of course), Starbucks-great prices and friendly staff.
