I came in behind a group of about 6-7 people; we were the only other ones there. The espresso machine was down, which sucked because I was really wanting some good coffee. I ordered a bison burger and Indian taco sliders. When asked if it was for here or to go, I let them know I was eating here. As I waited for my food, I watched everyone's food at the table next to me come out on plates and in bowls. Then, a staff member checked in on them to make sure everything was tasting alright and their orders were correct. When they brought my food out, it was in to-go boxes, and the mayonnaise and mustard I was told would be on the side were not, so I had to go ask for some. When I tried a bit of the meat on the Indian taco sliders, it was cold--not warm, but as if it was right out of the fridge. Nobody ever asked how my food was or checked in to see if my order was right. I asked if the meat on the tacos was supposed to be cold, and he said no, he would make me new ones. I'm about 90% sure they just tossed them in the microwave because the fry bread was a bit tough, definitely not fresh. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and probably won't be back.

The soup was flavorful with chunks of roasted peppers and creamy soup. The Himmus Wrap was a very generous serving of homemade, thick hummus with some salad. Both were very good. The iced tea was brewed fresh and a great deal for only $1! Their receipt printer was broken and I needed the receipt for my expenses, so the cashier went out of her way to get a receipt printed for me from the office. I'll be back!

Was blown away by the smooth and tasty cup of go-go juice as a good friend would call it. Found out they use "Rose Rock" coffee. So on my way home, I stopped by Rose Rock Coffee in Tahlequah OK and meet the owner Matt and his team. He shared the companies history with me and took time out of his schedule. The coffee speaks for itself and Matt is a genuine coffee roaster. I'll be ordering more and having it shipped to my home.
