It's open, cozy, and a great place to study. They have free wifi and plenty of places to sit! They also have board games you can play. I got a blueberry scone that tasted more like a blueberry muffin than a scone. It was good, but not exactly what I was wanting. I got the white rabbit (white mocha and caramel) iced and it was very sweet. I wish I got something stronger. I would definitely come back if I am in Scottsbluff and try other things! The one girl was walking back and forth to the back and the other one was standing at the counter scrolling the order pad and talking to the other worker. Then another customer came in and ordered. After over 10 minutes, the girl started on the orders. There was no, "good morning ", "sorry for the wait", nothing from the workers. Not to mention my drink was not hot and tasted mediocre at best. The only thing I have heard about this establishment is that it is very expensive. It is not only expensive, but the customer service (or lack thereof) is non existent. I won't be going back.
