I then spent the next four hours here pounding away at my laptop. I had hubby run in and they apologized for forgetting the drink (that I thought I didn't order) and refunded it since I had ordered a new one. I really do appreciate how they go above and beyond here. Once I had hubby pick up an order and they handed him one and he drove off, they offered to make a new one and could get it later or the next day. The few times I've been inside, the atmosphere has just been so nice and the team is always doing a great job at getting things done especially in rush hours.
