After a busy day of shopping or after a morning of running errands, Bunno is the place to go. There is a full breakfast meal served until 11:30a and they have very good coffee along with a variety of cakes and pastries. Their pasta is AMAZING. Fresh, and made daily! They have vegan and gluten free options as well. You pick the pasta you want, as well as the sauce/protein that goes with it. It's absolutely delicious and handmade! Ambiance is nice and cozy. For an evening weekday it's slow, but makes the company more enjoyable. Highly recommend when you're craving Italian and don't want to go all the way to Italy to satisfy your cravings. Bunno has got you covered!

Really wouldn't even give it one star…read more This has got to be the worst food experience I have ever had!! I ordered pesto pasta and paid £20.40. It was disgusting!! Something in the pasta tasted off and now I feel sick. I asked a colleague to try it and they said it did not taste right. I called the restaurant and was told that I could get it remade. I refused as I would never eat something from this place again after feeling sick. I know it was the food as it was my first meal of the day and I was fine before taking a bite from it. I was told I could get a refund and then I was called back and told that I couldn't because the chef says everything is prepared fresh. I am disappointed as I just wasted £20.40 on nothing. Food I cant eat and now I feel sick. If you want to waste your money then go ahead. I am reporting to the FSA. Response to the owner: As mentioned above, no one would accept an invitation to eat from an establishment of which they had a bad experience with. If you cannot understand that, then I will have to assume it's because of ignorance. The accusation that I am exaggerating is insulting as I wouldn't opt to order food for £20.40 only to exaggerate about how I felt. I would've ordered from zizzi's instead (at least they would have dealt with this in a professional manner). 5 minutes? Please! It was 20 minutes or longer after eating that I called to tell the restaurant that I felt sick from eating the food, as I also said that I had 2 colleagues try the food and came to the same conclusion that the food tasted off. I also made a complaint via just eat webchat. All of this could not have been done in 5 minutes. So now who is exaggerating! At the end of the day, there is a strong distinction between strange tastes and and disgusting tastes. The food tasted disgusting. I wouldn't recommend.

It was right up my street, and if like me, you love everything Vintage, then this is a dream! The cafe is based on a farm in a fairly rural area. It was a bit tricky to find, so make sure to look out for the signs. You'll find that it serves a very rustic and authentic environment, so if you're bit of a fancy pants, perhaps go to The Hilton for Afternoon tea. Its cute in size and decor. . My compliments certainly extends to the food, with everything homemade! We had The pre-ordered Afternoon tea, so everything was ready for us upon arrival. They were also able to cater for my 4 year old daughter, who had a kids version. The sandwiches were so soft and the cakes absolutely delish. The cherry on top was that the staff were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. So, all-in-all, big thumbs up!

The vintage decor, and cosy room was perfect for a Mother's Day gift! I think the misses was impressed! The food was as far as I could tell... all made on site. The sandwiches had lovely rich flavours with different types of bread. The scones where awesome! And the tea and coffee really hit the spot! Great day out!
