My biggest criticism is the handling of the cream and milk for your beverages. For some reason, the owner keeps the cream and milk in insulated pitchers in a fridge behind the counter so the staff, he or his wife, usually pour the cream for you. This results in an unpredictable amount being poured and it means going back for more if it is not enough and the addition of more coffee, if it is too much. The owner maintains that this control is to keep the products fresh, but it seems more like a cost control to me. The pitchers are thermal and should keep the contents cold.outside the fridge and I have never seen this done in any other coffee shop, ANYWHERE. IT IS VERY ANNOYING.
