two cups of starbucks coffee on the dashboard of a car
    Ivy V.

Always have to wait on my mobile orders, I've learned to order it at least 15 mins before arriving at the store and avoid the drive thru after 6am.

    Messy countertop. Seriously?

Not super friendly here but it's a good location. My americano was fine but for me when I do head to SB's, it usually to do some work. The lack out outlets and work space really stinks. I know this location has been here awhile but I do wish they would re gut the inside, work their magic and provide more tables and for sure more outlets. The bathroom was clean but the tables, not so much. Mind you it was 6:30p at night so they were well staffed that they could've had someone cleaning, sweeping the floors and wiping down the tables. Plenty of parking but overall I was disappointed. This should've been a 2 1/2 star review.

Just got Carmel crunch drink and it was soo watery. The girl who made it obviously didn't care put a drop of crunch and Carmel. But got a chocolate chip cookie warmed up and that was GREAT!!

I could not believe that Starbucks in my hometown serves purely brewed Guatemala coffee with a strong after taste. And I like it! First time entering one, and I guarantee it won't be last. There I was, standing at their door full of curiosity about how Starbucks is known for having such a unique coffee experience. At first, I am a huge critic why buy some expensive coffee while I can make my own in my home, but after having a brewed and roasted coffee. My mind directly agrees, they got the best coffee. I have tried 7-eleven before, but the taste is far more superior to what they serve. The morning routine is much more enjoyable with Starbucks. Now, I can enjoy having a light meal course for my breakfast since they also sell different food. It is a perfect combination for a hot coffee that will wake you up all day long. Their store looks clean and feels clean. The people that serve you always wear safety face masks and gloves. You can see how they sanitize the vacant seat right after one of their customers leaves their table. Do yourself some favor and enjoy yourself some coffee. You won't regret it!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to

The worst Starbucks ever! I have been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting for a Simple caramel macchiato. The workers are all joking around and talking while their drive through line is 15 cars deep (not moving) and the inside line is longer than any Starbucks I have ever seen or been to! Worst Starbucks ever!!!

There were only seats close by the door so we got one of those and we were cold our whole meal. I should've gotten a warm drink. I spent the whole meal just wishing the food came out fast so we can go. We got a build your own breakfast, skillet and pancakes. The build your own breakfast was decent but not filling. We liked the sourdough toast. The potatoes had cheese on them but like the shaved cheese you find on salad. It wasn't even melted all the way. Weird mouth feel while eating. Skillet was great at the bottom. I had asked for pepper jack cheese and I'm sure I got the wrong cheese since pepper jack has little chopped up peppers in it. The cheese didn't even look melted all the way either. Potatoes were a good size but the veggies were super wilted and kinda weighed down form grease. I had to stop eating it. Waitress barely came over so I didn't get a refill of my soda. Ketchup didn't come in a bottle. Both plates had potatoes but she only brought one little dip cup of ketchup. Not enough honestly. For the name Blissful Banana, I expected more done to the pancakes. Just two small pancakes and I asked for bananas on top. No special sauce or whipped cream just bananas sliced on top. Boring. I wouldn't come back. Nothing about this meal was blissful. I wish I could get my money back.

We ordered a cappuccino, a hot caramel macchiato, and a sugar cookie for my son. The cappuccino was excellent and they did a good job foaming the milk. The foam was also great on the macchiato, and my wife seemed to enjoy that drink. The sugar cookie looked amazing, but was very hard and seemed overpriced at $6.95. The drinks were reasonably priced. I started with the salted caramel latte and it was perfection (as someone who likes a little coffee with their sugar). I wanted to try everything but since it was my 1st time just went with a standard 2 egg breakfast, which one really can't get wrong, and the White Sheep definitely didn't. Everything was cooked well and potatoes were really really good. The pancakes are pretty large so providing one as a side is actually so much better than 2 or 3 cakes. My mom had the steak and eggs and that serving size was so generous with the prefect cook. Well worth the price, imo. We LOVED this place and will be visiting again. Additionally, my mom had a to go box which she accidentally left behind which we didn't realize until after we left. Luckily, we were only like five minutes away, so she called the restaurant and explained the situation so we were able to go back and grab it because no one had thrown her food away, thankfully..

I had a taste of it, and I feel the same way about the bowl. My food was tasty indeed. Very good turkey sausage patties ( you get 3 with an order), very good turkey bacon, the roasted potatoes were divine, and the Hibiscus Passionfruit Refresher is delicious. Service was good. I did have three issues: No birthday celebration at this establishment. (You mean to tell me you can't put a lit candle on a donut on the house?) No butter on toast (At $3 for two slices it should be!) A few of roasted potatoes were not cooked all the way through. I, personally, will ONLY return with my mother since she liked the place so much.

Cello was the same, but different. Similar to the Starbucks ethos, they specialize in a number of fancy coffees, yet still offer plain old brewed coffee. We tried the brewed coffee (5-star fresh and hot), some Green Tea called mint (5-star delish), and a fruit crêpe. Now the fruit crêpe was also a 5-star offering, but you better come hungry ... it was a huge helping, and we ended up splitting it but still could not finish. It was a freshly made crêpe with Nutella and a light cream sauce inside, piled with fresh fruit and then a drizzle of Nutella and the cream sauce on top. This was a meal-sized delight. Many of the other offerings seem to be simply a different riff on the fruit crêpe, which can also come on a fresh waffle. Now this is not the kind of place where you pop in for a quick coffee to go ... but, rather, it takes time to get food (service) here because most of it is freshly made. But that said, if you have the time the food (crepes, coffee, and tea) were worth the wait. Ambiance wise, the decor was very nice ... just enough fru-fru to make you forget you're in a strip mall. There are a number of chairs, tables, and and sofas around to make many seating arrangements, which was nice; you can come with a group or as a single and feel welcome. The only negatives on our visit: the music list was fine, but way too loud; they must turn the music down so patrons can have a conversation. When we arrived we noticed an employee parking their car right in front of the establishment (5 feet from the entrance) and we thought that maybe they could have parked in the spaces just across the lot (35 feet from the door); it just makes sense to cater to your customers, rather than yourself. But all that said, this was a nice new offering in Orland Park.
