This is my only cheat meal of the week and I was looking for bagel carb goodness to go with my college studies. If Yelp would post a zero/one star, that's what I would have given. I'm not sure what was worse-the bagel itself or the person paid to assemble and serve a substandard food product? There's no pride or love here. What kind of a hippie does not love their food or the food they share at a Grateful Dead Show? You need to change your name, as I would be HIGHLY INSULTED if I was a hippie that sold this food. Nothing is homemade or actually cooked here. It's Sysco premade/cooked see-thru Bacon that was not cooked but raw, egg, rubber cheese, and jalapeños borrowed from the 7-11 nacho bar down the street. I'm still trying to find the Asiago on my bagel. I took one bite of this tasteless cardboard that cost $30 plus tip. At least toast the bagel. WTF The new name of this establishment could be "Cardboard Bad Bagel Shop" or "Wolf Bagel Dressed as Sheep Bagel Store". You should apologize to all the descendants of Europe who brought the bagel to the USA for you to ruin. Bad business.

That's just my opinion! I think they might use organic coffee so that's probably a factor but the prices posted on their large menu wall didn't seem accurate. But I still gave it another try! 2) The food is WAY overpriced for what you get. It's insane to have to spend $40+ on super basic cafe food. The crepes are also flimsy, inauthentic, and melt immediately, so don't bother getting them to go. 3) They don't even open until 9:00 am! Um... do they not know they are a coffee shop?! I've tried to go in the morning (when people drink their coffee), and they're closed. Insane to me. Overall, I think this place has potential, it just needs to step it up. It's in a GREAT location!
