I decided to give Starbucks one last shot today- and I'm full of regret. I hate the attitudes of the employees. Anytime you place an app order, you receive passive aggressive (sometimes not even passive) comments, attitude, and negativity. They seem genuinely pissed off when you do an app order and it happens to me every time. (And no- I'm not making any pick up mistakes). If I cannot place an app order and be treated with kindness- that's a problem. (Ex- Today the comments were made - I guess because I arrived 8 minutes after placing the order and I guess it quoted 11 minutes- but the line moved faster than expected- so not sure why they were so mad). I used to go Starbucks daily and just put up with it. But the products aren't as good, and it became stressful. After DB opened- now I go to DB daily and have never NOT ONCE been treated poorly- now matter how busy, no matter if I do an app order or if I do an in person order. Every single time for 120 visits- I've been treated with pure kindness. The environment is awful at Starbucks - they have lost a gold card daily purchaser for good. I won't be back. read more

Bad place to enjoy sitting and working. The staff is so uptight. Sometimes I like to sit and work for a bit, and then buy a drink. But they expect you to buy something right away if you're in here. They will literally watch you and then come up to your table if you don't buy something "fast enough" according to their standards. And when I asked for ice water one time, the response was, "Are you a paying customer? It's only for paying customers." Ridiculous and rude. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer my whole life. Upon walking in I was completely enveloped in an ohhh soooo comforting perfume of fresh brewed quality coffee. It caressed my nostrils and took my hand... gently pulling me to the counter where I met an angle in training... a newbie. Another soon to be care giver of enriching liquid for the body and mind that is a Starbucks employee. The smell transported me, even though only for the briefest of moments, to olfactory bliss... and tripped all of those little levers in my subconscious telling me I was safe and in a good place. Emotions stirred... as I ordered my elixir of love... The wait was almost terminal... the craving was so devastating that even in those briefest of minutes between ordering and receiving my gate way to heaven... it felt like an eternity of pain in a waste land of inhumanity. Then came salvation... a triple grande upside down nonfat caramel macchiato... simply put nirvana in a cup... transportation to the coffee bean gates of Asgard. Every sip brought me closer to a complete mind and soul orgasm of awakening to the joys that would be today! This Starbucks has to be the laziest and worst ran Starbucks I've been to in a long time. During our business trip/stay I would stop at this location since it was close to out hotel but now I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The drinks were thrown together with no care for taste or really any barista skills whatsoever!!.. plus to top it off the lady handed me my drink and the cup literally was half full with liquid and the other half foam from shaking the drink. I looked at the cup and mentioned to her the cup was empty pretty much and she looked at me like deer in headlights clueless, said "what"... lol! Like do you not see the cup isn't full. 8 dollars for a cup of ice and oat milk because she clearly didn't make the drink proper. So I went around the building. It looked abandoned. I saw the sign that said yes we are open. I waited in line. I waited at the speaker that looks broken. Nothing. Everyone was pulling forward so I pulled forward. I got to the window and said we'll that's weird am I ordering here. The woman looked at me confused and then they told me to pull around and get in line I couldn't order at the window. I said I was just in that li e there didn't seem to be a place to order. Then was told sorry mam' there is a line of cars you have to wait for around. So I did and out of the parking lot to the nice one down the road. Service is always friendly and probably the most quick & efficient location in the Middle TN area. Also, another good one for sore throats is the Medicine Ball tea. This is the best Starbucks in town! Their customer service is wonderful and they do their best to make you smile which is awesome. This morning, there was a "great job" sticker on my cup and, even though it's such a small thing, it's so fun to get something encouraging in an unlikely place. Everyone is so kind, the drinks are always right, and the drive through line moves quickly. There are so many Starbucks in town, but I always choose this one! 4 stars because it's a Starbucks and there are some things that aren't great, plus I'd love to see more GF options food-wise, but that's a Starbucks corporate thing! read more

I won't be coming here again. You would think after all the tolerance training that Starbucks put their stores through, a store manager would be more willing to stop hateful and offensive language coming from their patrons. I stopped in on numerous occasions and witnessed the same thing, but most recently I stopped in and overheard the same group of men hammering on about politics-only this time, their usual loud discussion was littered with slurs that directly attack the LGBTQ community. Their conversation carried throughout the store and was met with only a smile from the store manager. This isn't acceptable for a business to support inappropriate and offensive dialogue. I hope the store manager can eventually man up and ask the group of men to quiet down or leave. A smaller-sized stand alone Starbucks with a drive-through that is barely a half mile from the Interstate. The parking lot was packed when I stopped by for a caffeine hit at 4:00 on a weekday, so the place must have been chock full. Starbucks loves to take your order and have you drive up to pay. They rarely tell you the price of your purchase. Thus, you assume it's the normal, everyday price you pay for similar items. I love this location. It is larger than the one closest to my house but definitely worth the extra few minutes. The staff is extremely friendly. For the most part if you frequent the establishment they know you by name as well as your order (unless you change it frequently). Inside is spacious and inviting with tables far enough apart that your knees aren't knocking with others nearby. Coffee refills are 50 cent plus tax on regular brewed coffee. all I can say at that, not only "Starbucks" is overrated yet so perfect, feels like home. Seattle Washington. Right off of old fort parkway, there's not a lot of ppl that go there for it to be crowded, but I know that every time I go there, which is sometimes I feel as if the employees are so nice, never judgmental. the people in your surroundings are never to bother as they are studying or teaching/mentoring. Just minding their business drinking fresh made coffee. it's relaxing than most locations in Murfreesboro! even if it's located in the other most busiest street-ing area on this side of town across from target. I actually met up with my newly personal trainer to have "coffee" to talk about me trying to gain weight and mass muscle lead into a vibing cool connection with a stranger that I plan and helped me with workouts, gym, fitness life and such. I plan on eating healthy no junk foods. I don't see Starbucks as junk. it's home, healthy but with a twist of pop. you can eat good, feel full to your tummy if you tried the chikpea vegan or gluten free snacks or just the chikpea cheddar cheese puffs. I mostly get matcha green tea LATTE. but I would love to find out new recipes by experimenting the flavors of Starbucks to come into a whole new trend. I haven't taken photos, cause it's Starbucks. I'm not going to lie, I find it really annoying that they never have the holiday baked goods in stock. I know, I know...it's a little late now. But seriously, two years in a row I have gone in and asked for a pumpkin scone..and both times I got "I am sorry we are all out for the season"...seriously...it was one week after they launched the fall stuff. Other than that, the service is always good. Some days the drive through is slower than others, but that is to be expected. You never know what people order, or if someone had to call in sick. Stopped by here each morning we were in Murfreesboro and the staff was always very pleasant and eager to please. The caramel macchiato was always perfect with lots of extra caramel and I love their menu selections. I love this Starbucks ! I've lived here for 3 years and every single Starbucks employee has been completely awesome. And the drinks are fabulous, they've always made my drink right, and when I wanted to adjust it . They've always cheerfully done so. Walked in with my stepdaughter and husband, and went on to order our drinks and some snacks. The barista, openly criticized to the other baristas how i asked for my drink. Now let me explain, i simply asked for it blended. Nothing extra, nothing crazy, just blended. Way to make your customers feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I woke up early with my son on Thanksgiving around 4:30 am and wanted to get out of the house so everyone else could sleep! After driving around for a bit, cold and ready for breakfast and coffee, we saw that Starbucks was open. When we pulled up to the drive-through we were greeted with a "happy Thanksgiving what can we make for you this morning?" The dude took our order as happy and friendly as possible and everything was ready when we got to the window. We were again greeted by someone who truly wanted to make us happy and was appreciative we stopped by. What really stuck out was that just yesterday, leaving Jacksonville FL, we also stopped at a Starbucks to grab coffee and unfortunately had the complete opposite experience. This Starbucks is difficult to get to, but once you get there, it will be a good experience. You will probably have to wait. It's normally really busy, and there's not a ton of space inside. There's really not a lot of parking (or driving) space outside. However the staff is extremely friendly, and they make sure you get exactly what you want. read more
