Very disappointing experience. The managers at this location were extremely impatient and…read moreunprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed by basic questions and spoke with an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. There was no effort to listen, resolve issues, or show any courtesy. Management sets the tone for a store, and unfortunately this location reflects poor leadership and lack of customer service. Customers should not feel like a burden for simply needing assistance. I would not recommend this McDonald's unless major improvements are made. C.C

Close down the restaurant and hire all new management. Conduct a thorough remedial training session…read moreand remodel. It seems as if the employees are incapable of reading the printed tickets. You can trust that your order was TAKEN correctly but it will not be MADE correctly. The management seems to lack personality and will power. Not sure if this comes from the lack of corporate presence or lack of ambition. The lack of detail is unfathomable. No matter the time you visit, hand sanitizers are empty, lid station for cups is a wreck, and the wait time at the counter is unacceptable. It is almost as if they purposefully ignore the counter to encourage customers to use the self-ordering station by the front door. Now I am sure many customers will not mind ordering at the station but if their is something wrong with the order or the customer needs assistance for something else, there should not be this extended wait period for help. The drive-thru is always packed and their etiquette for taking orders is subpar. There is obviously no training on how to properly address a customer's order in the drive thru. Supervision/Management seems young and in-experienced. I say this because after a mishap has occurred you will not see any immediate correction and you are almost guaranteed to have the same mistake upon returning. Honestly, If you do not care about Quality, Excellence, and/or Attention to Detail, then this restaurant will be the perfect place for you. I recommend disregarding your customizations because if you ask for "KETCHUP & CHEESE ONLY, NO VEGETABLES" you will most likely receive Mustard, No cheese with onions. This restaurant does not have what it takes to be an exceptional fast food establishment and it is a waste of commercial space. This review was given from a respectful state of mind and the simple disregard for the small errors is why this review was accomplished.
