It is almost as if they purposefully ignore the counter to encourage customers to use the self-ordering station by the front door. Now I am sure many customers will not mind ordering at the station but if their is something wrong with the order or the customer needs assistance for something else, there should not be this extended wait period for help. The drive-thru is always packed and their etiquette for taking orders is subpar. There is obviously no training on how to properly address a customer's order in the drive thru. Supervision/Management seems young and in-experienced. I say this because after a mishap has occurred you will not see any immediate correction and you are almost guaranteed to have the same mistake upon returning. Honestly, If you do not care about Quality, Excellence, and/or Attention to Detail, then this restaurant will be the perfect place for you. I recommend disregarding your customizations because if you ask for "KETCHUP & CHEESE ONLY, NO VEGETABLES" you will most likely receive Mustard, No cheese with onions. It seems like that they have a lot more dining space too. I don't know if we really ever been charged extra for any condiments, I know that when we asked for extra butter or something like that we have received plenty of it. When I had a food choice dilemma, the server usually would give me both if it was a small order of something at no extra cost. They always go the extra mile to satisfy us. Today we even paid for an elderly couple's bill, and slid out the door without them knowing about their bill being take care of by us. Hopefully it made their day. We can't afford to do that often, but if we see a Veteran or an elderly couple, just our way of thanking them without them knowing who did it. But we love the new location and as always tip the staff well when they do good.
