This is a very consistent location when it comes to service and products. The food and drinks are always good and you can count on the staff to be extra kind! Each time I go, I pretty much get the same thing. My top favorite is Venti Green Tea Frappe with 2% milk and light whip cream. If I don't get that, it's a Venti Green Tea! I can never go wrong with either of those. I normally eat the egg whites and spinach and they are delicious as well. I love this location. They have excellent WiFi, a cool patio, and great staff. Our go-to Starbucks in town... every day. The baristas are so friendly and really make every effort to get to know you. I rarely have an issue, and, when I do, they are quick to fix it! By far the only one who gets my drink correct consistently! read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I believe the manager has hired relatives or something because one of the women who is always working the window routinely gets the drink order wrong. Or she waits several minutes before speaking into the drive through intercom. This has led me to sometimes think the drive thru is closed because there is no response whatsoever. If you say anything in complaint over the behavior the manager comes to the window and acts ghetto like shes ready to fight. It's so weird. Also, i cant stand when non blacks especially try to take advantage of blacks or try to slip one over on us. It makes me wonder is racism behind it or a belief that blacks are too dumb to catch what they are doing. I ordered a venti almond milk frappuccino with two shots of vanilla and four splenda. That was it. When i made it to the window the woman handed me a venti frappuccino that obviously had coffee in it as it was very dark. I noticed the drink also didnt have the sticker on it to let you know what was ordered. The sticker had been pulled off or intentionally left off. I've never ordered a starbucks drink that was not marked, either with a sticky or the markings written on the drink and I've ordered starbucks drinks in multiple states and cities and heck... my first job was at Starbucks as a Barista. So I know the way it goes. Evidently the employee had decided to hand me someone elses drink that they did not want or had to remake. She KNEW that was not the drink I had ordered. I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time. It's not like the place was slammed. I was there by myself and she knew darn well I did not order coffee in the drink. This place is just a HOT MESS. They don't even deserve one star. read more

Honestly, I did not order a thing here! I had an emergency and needed to use their plug to charge my laptop. They were totally cool about it and even nice as I walked out of the door....without ordering anything, this time. I realize that everyone has a right to sit in Starbucks and drink coffee all day if they like. However this particular Starbucks has a transit person that basicly lives in this place and his backpack is swarming with flies. On the bright side, ​my non-dairy drink was prepared carefully with attention to detail by the young man on the bar and most of the staff greeted me when I entered. However, the young lady who I believe was Asian/ethnic (for identification purposes) who took my order seemed impatient and somewhat rude to​ me. She condescendingly corrected my "cinnamon-sugar" to "cinnamon dulce powder" twice (which was completely unnecessary, by then she understood what I wanted), avoided eye contact, and answered on her headset while taking my order. There are tons of Starbucks in Tennessee, so I'll be finding one with more personable staff when I'm visiting home. Met a friend here, while visiting Memphis, TN, and since I don't drink coffee, I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie-they asked if I wanted it warmed--Uh, YES!, and then she offered me some triple filtered water. I loved that--I thought the phrase of 'I don't drink coffee' might have thrown her off. All the wait staff were friendly. Great location off of 40 next to Ruby Tuesdays, with organic ambiance in the wood planks for a bar and the rough wooden tables. My go to Starbucks as it's on my way to work. 95% of the time my drink is made correctly. The service is fast & relatively friendly depending on the hours you stop by. Good place to work or study. Never had a problem with this Starbucks... I usually order ahead through the app, and my order is almost always ready when I walk through the door. If it isn't, it's usually because either I didn't plan ahead well enough, or their app didn't know the store was out of stock on something. And I preordered two venti caramel fraps one with no whip cream both with 2 shots, she didn't even blend the shots into the drink I might as well have taken the shot straight and then drank a frap. Good Starbucks during the weekdays. I see for the weekends they don't schedule quality employees. Iam now standing inside for my drink because the drivethru was NOT moving. I am inside now and the cars on the DT screen say 15-17 min wait times... I was one of those. I had not even gotten to the order screen!! That is freaking insane. I come inside and found out why. 6 employees all standing around laughing and talking. When I walked in one girl was just giggling too hard to acknowledge me.
