I am a regular. They know my name and my morning order. Well, I will be honest...the girls that work early in the week do. RJ and the crew she works with are great...later in the week, they seem to be a little slower on the uptake. I am there every day...same time same order..yet they can't remember.....ok yes I have a problem. Starbucks every day is not a healthy feed plan...but hey it is my one vice....I eat great for the rest of the day and my labs are great. There are other habits that could be way more expensive. I gave this Starbucks because they don't always get my coffee right. For the record, I order mine straight off the menu. No Grande half, double half caf, 6 extra pumps, extra hot but only warm, minus the cream but add milk instead of sugar over here. In addition, they tend to be working at a Sunday pace. Great Starbucks off of US1 with easy access in and out of the parking lot. This is a beautiful store inside and out the grounds are landscaped to block as much of the traffic as possible. Large parking lot and plenty of comfortable seating. The service was exceptional and my order was delivered fast and accurate. Love this Starbucks! The employees are so kind and helpful. They do what they can to accommodate special requests and the drive thru line moves efficiently. Today I ordered a snowman cookie and after I paid at the window, they realized they were out. They apologized profusely and brought me a chocolate chip cookie and a gift card for more than what I paid for the snowman cookie - amazing customer service! A barista at the cash register put in her own tip. I have been to enough Starbucks to know when they have you pay it also allows you to choose you tip. I stuck my card in the machine and she quickly pulled it away without letting me put in my own tip. I usually tip 3$ but to have the barista tip herself is wrong. It's not the amount but rather the lack of principle. I'd definitely look into how many people she's done this too. read more

I was a barista with Starbucks for almost three years in the past. This will be my first negative review of a Starbucks location ever. The baristas at this location are poorly trained and some of them have a really uppity I'm better than you attitude which is crazy because I would say half the baristas have no idea how to make the drinks properly. When I was a barista, we took extreme pride in making our drinks properly. Here it just seems like the norm is subpar. I went through the drive thru this morning with my wife and two kids who are both under two. I ordered a grande cold brew, uncut, two pumps classic and light cream. What I ended up getting was a black cold brew, cut, no ice with a nitro lid. The heck???? Not even close to what I ordered. When I asked why there was no ice the barista cocks her head to one side and looks at me like I'm stupid and says "Oh you wanted ice in that?" What? Are you serious? I got a cold brew, not a nitro.... it always comes with ice unless ordered specifically that way by the guest or it's a nitro. So I obviously had her remake. She couldn't remember what I ordered. For some reason she hadn't labeled my drink. I asked her if the system was down and they weren't able to print labels. She said it was all working fine, so obviously they just aren't using the labeling system for some reason. So my next reiteration of my drink comes back and once again it's almost black. I ask what kind of dairy they put in and they said non-fat milk. I asked why and once again another awesome answer, "that's what you ordered." Ok let's slow down a sec, does anyone else on here reading this think if they actually followed Starbucks corporate training that this wouldn't have even happened like this because the drink should have been labeled and it's a super easy drink to make? Jeez. So I got it remade for a third time and guess what? It comes back black again! I couldn't believe it, so I went inside and got my drink remade for a fourth time. I posted a photo below so that you can see they gave me a grande cream with a touch of cold brew. Literally undrinkable, you can only taste the cream. The manager wanted them to remake it a fifth time but at this point I had been there dealing with them trying to make an extremely simple drink for over 20 minutes. So embarrassing! The whole experience felt very negative. I know from working at Starbucks that this location has something very wrong going on. I do not recommend this location. read more

I thought that all Starbucks cafes use the same recipes, but for some reason, this Starbucks in particular never has very good coffee. I think it's because they are always so busy that they make their drinks too quickly. My particular qualm is with their steamed milk. I always order extra foam (yes, I am THAT person), but there is never any foam and the milk isn't even that hot. Even when I order lattes, it really just isn't that good. The baristas are all nice and they smile and the ambiance is nice (they have a great patio!), but the drinks really are not up to par. I'm disappointed because it's the only coffee shop within walking distance. Oh well. read more

Every time I go to this location, something goes wrong. The baristas are either very unprofessional or have no clue what they are doing. Their attention to detail is atrocious. Multiple times when I have ordered soy milk, I double check and they don't even remember if they used soy or regular milk. Today, I ordered an iced coffee and found old chunks of soy milk on the bottom of my cup. It's disgusting. Why am I paying 50 more cents for this? The decor and atmosphere of the location is nice and comfortable but their problems completely kill this. I will not be back. read more

The service was great! The staff was friendly. My coffee was perfect... What turned me off was the way the manager talks to her staff. Maybe she's not the manager, I'm not sure. But I saw her talk down to one of her baristas. And it really made me sick. It's Monday, no one wants to be at work. This girl was already stocking the supplies and the manager approached her, telling her to "fix this and fix that" and she should know better than that, and do this better in the future. Dear Barista, quit your job. You're beautiful, smart, and clearly deserve better than this. I've worked for toxic people in the past so I feel and understand your pain. Service is a little slow but they are polite You have to have money on your sb card to get the deals or coupons. Other Starbucks will honor if you use another pay method. My vanilla bean frappe was OK. too many ice chips not blended well enough to what I'm use to at other Starbucks. I'd give it another try if I had to. read more

I stopped going to this location a while back because of the slow service and subpar taste of the their lattes. I thought that I would try them out again today at 3pm. The drive thru was backed up, about 7 cars deep, so I went inside to get my coffee. It took almost 20 mins to get one tall latte, there was only one person ahead of me who ordered an iced beverage. There were only 3 people actively working on the front. One in drive thru, one at the register and one making the drinks. A young man came out from the back and told the barista that he couldn't find whatever she sent him to find, and asked if she wanted him to look harder By the time I finally got my coffee another male employee appeared. The three gals were basically working their tails off while the two guys seemed to be aimless. When I left there were at least 4-5 people waiting for their drinks. They should either hire more help, light a fire under the feet of the guys, or replace the male employees who were there. At least my latte was good. Date of experience was 12/5/16 at 3pm read more

i have never EVER had a good experience at this location. Today the barista was full on passive aggressive. She talked down to one of the people I was there with. Second time in the last month I did a mobile order of a drink and they messed it up. Read the order ticket and the label, please! Same drink both times. This time, though, the barista took away the mistake drink and didn't even read the label. I watched closely to make sure it wasn't the same incorrect drink or some other concoction. Oh boy. She made my shaken tea by just randomly pouring mixes into a cup. No shaker in sight. I thought that was odd and waited for her to pour it into a shaker, like how Frappuccinos are measured in a cup then blended? Nope. No shaker, no proper measurements. It was a heinous, tart, sweet mess because she didn't cut it with water or tea right. I also asked for light ice and she dug into the ice box with the grande ice scoop until it was overflowing . I then said it's light ice, which was on the label from the cup she just threw out, and she tried to play it off (lie) like I didn't just see her. She then took my drink back after my further protests and skimmed off the top with the lid and her fingers! Seriously?! Also, their drive through is extremely slow. Not making 4 Frappuccinos for the car in front slow, but someone asked for a coffee and now the line is 3 deep slow. I give 1 stars, well, because I can't give zero..., but maybe she earned it because she tried to fix it and not argue that I couldn't taste the missing ingredient? Seriously though, health and safety violation sticking your fingers, in someone's drink! Also, because I didn't want to fight her passive-aggressive, lying self, I tasted my overly sweet drink and left. Yuck! Then couldn't drink it, even if I could have gotten past her salty fingers in my drink, and even if I was extremely parched, because it was utterly too tart and sweet! Had ordered a coffee via the drive thru, but when I got to the window the cashier said that they were out of coffee and had to make more!?! Told me to pull to the front of the store and someone would bring my coffee out to me. Waited over 10 minutes and then decided to go in and ask about my coffee. The lady at the counter didint know what i was talking about. The guy at the window then told her i ordered a coffee and they did not make it until that time. I could have been waiting for a long time, if I had not decided to go in and check, because they seem to have forgotten about my order. It's rare to encounter this many disengaged, disgruntled individuals in one place. No sense of urgency, no concept of customer service. I assume they are still in business because there are no other Starbucks close. Thank goodness I am a visitor, and not a resident. Not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating..... first off this is a busy location, but they get you in and out quickly. The staff is always super friendly and learns your order. This location and bay meadows has the best staff in the area! Drive thru can be a but disastrous at times traffic wise LOL, but I always leave some extra time because it's super busy in the morning. I can pretty much pull up and they know me and my order already. Outside seating is amazing. Plenty of comfy places to sit, fans, and power supplies outside. Out of all the Starbucks in the area this one definitely has best outdoor seating. Here daily and honestly haven't had any issues which is kind of amazing. Highly recommend read more

This particular Starbucks location at the corner of US 1 and Eau Gallie is just plain SLOW...every. single. time. I work in the neighborhood and after experiencing the same slow service three times in the past year, I decided to not go again for another year (hoping things would improve a year later). Today I was trapped in the drive through with 3 cars in front of me and one behind me. It seriously took 30 minutes before moving forward to the order window - and by then I decided not to hand over my $5 for coffee and decided to just leave. Ridiculous to be trapped in a drive through for 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. No longer will I go to this location. read more

We had a terrible experience with John, the manager. At 10 pm he came to our table, told us they would be closing at 11 and that we would need to leave when the lights went off. It seemed like he was trying to kick us out an hour early and his manner made us very uncomfortable. When the lights went off the two ladies I was with and I moved outside of the patio and continued our conversation on the sidewalk. He came up to us and told us we would need to leave so we went to my friends car, thinking that would be fine. He then repeated himself about us leaving, acting as though we hadn't listened to him and sounding very angry (again making us three ladies very uncomfortable). My friend was surprised by this said "we have left the restaurant, we are in the parking lot". The fact that she asked a question really seemed to anger him (his poor employees). He aggressively said that we all needed to take our cars out of the parking lot right away. This was not worth an argument or confrontation to us. We got into our cars and parked across the street, in order to finish our conversation. This is where it got creepy. He got into his car, drove across the street and parked in front of us, just sitting there for several minutes it was weird and uncomfortable for us three women. We then saw him make a call. My friend jokingly said that he was probably calling the police. We laughed because that was ridiculous and continued our conversation. It was funny until 5 minutes later, when the police did pull up, telling us that the manager of the Starbucks had called him saying that we had given him a hard time. This was completely untrue and such a frivolous waste of police resources. I will never go back to this Starbucks! I also feel that they should seriously look into this manager! read more
