The outside of the room is lined with wooden benches - hard for sitting and almost too tall compared to the table. If doing a quick drop by, this location of Quills is a good choice. If you are looking for a spot to land 1-2 hours you might consider other spots in Norton Commons for caffeine.

It tastes very fresh and is a decent portion size, but in terms of flavor there wasn't much going on. It tastes like "greens" and that's kinda it. I don't know what the cause is, like it's seasoned but I just didn't get much flavor. (I would have asked for a refund) She literally said nothing, and just walked away. I should've definitely asked to speak to the manager because who can eat dry bread without butter? Completely ruined my morning because her attitude was clear that she didn't care about customer service at all!! Starbucks is pricy. And for some of us, a treat. I stopped by Publix to pick up an item, and overall it was a great experience. I didn't have my…read morehandicap placard with me, but I was still able to find a parking spot close enough to the entrance to meet my accessibility needs, which I really appreciated. Once inside, I noticed they had multiple scooters available--three in total--and they were all actively charging and in great condition. That's not something you see at every store, and it made things a lot easier. The store was easy to navigate, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was smooth and efficient. What really stood out, though, was the staff. As I was leaving and gathering my items while using my walking assistive devices, an employee stopped me and offered to let me ride the scooter out to my car and said she would take it back for me. I declined, but that level of awareness and care really spoke volumes. This has been my experience every time I go to Publix--they consistently go above and beyond. So for me, this is an easy five out of five.
