Me and my deaf partner stopped at this place on our way through NC, and had probably the best drive-thru experience of our lives. We were disappointed to see that the inside of the store was closed, and usually hate the drive-thru because they are never accessible for deaf people. Some of the service we've received in the past has been rather horrific. At THIS Starbucks however, this wonderful lady popped up on the drive thru screen to welcome us in ASL and take our order. Unfortunately the screen was partially covered up by the new COVID signs, so I still had to vocally order for him. But when we got to the window, she was waiting for us to chat with us in ASL. She was an absolute blessing. There was a problem with our order, and she, the other lady at the window, the rest of the team resolved it for us very quickly. We left that Starbucks drive-thru feeling happy and refreshed and most importantly, with delicious fresh coffee and sandwiches. We will be headed back through NC shortly, and you can bet that we'll be stopping by here again. read more

The employees that work there are more rude than anything I've ever experienced. I paid for a coffee with a side of attitude. Next time, I'd just like the coffee. The employees at this specific location should allllll find new jobs since they were all talking smack. They should be professional hot dog eaters, they look like they would enjoy that job. read more

Their frappuccinos are different every time. Seems this place will hire anyone to make drinks. Complaining does no good either. My suggestion, go to the goldsboro store. read more

Easy, Breezy, Fast, and Tasty! We were in and out of the drive though in about 3 minutes with both drinks made perfectly.

This is a really great cafe to stop at and take a breather from the traffic. They seem understaffed, for such a large venue. The three gals behind the counter really bust their behinds getting drinks out. read more

I ordered ahead on the Starbucks app and they had a sign on the door that the in-store option was closed. I can't understand why they wouldn't turn off the option. The parking lot is small and causes a traffic issue, nearly impossible to enter and exit. Skip this store read more

Ernie and I gave them the benefit of the doubt (constantly), gave gift cards to friends to support their business, and bought HIGH and HIGHER priced "beverages" to support their one-way business. NO LONGER! We're done with your increased prices for smaller products, your crappy customer service, and charging for products NOT PROVIDED. Constantly mess up drink orders at both Kinston, NC and New Bern, NC locations. Prices are different at various locations. We are done with their corrupt organization. I have an allergy to dairy- so no milk, no whipped cream. I come here multiple times a week and this week each time I've gone I've been very disappointed.. this day especially. I ordered a venti caramel cream crunch Frappuccino with oatmilk. Extra drizzle and extra crunch. When I came in to pick up the order I noticed it was only 3/4 full.. as I was sipping on it I noticed large white fluffy clumps in the top.. whipped cream. They just scooped it out instead of remaking the drink. I'd give a 0 just for that- lack of concern for customers with allergies. read more

Saturday morning you expect it to be busy, but after watching dozens of people come and go with their order who came in after us we finally checked on our order. My husband only ordered a plain coffee and I ordered a small vanilla latte. They totally forgot his coffee and my latte was sitting there only it was a large and therefore I had not recognized it as being mine. No name was ever called for it. It was terrible also. No froth by this point. I had also asked for a Sweet and Low and never got it. We have had trouble with previous orders as well so this time was the straw that broke the camels back.
