Here it is 1/28/26 and i go through the drive through at 6:36pm only to be told that they close at 6:30pm. Hours posted state 10pm and when questioned about it was told well today we close at 6:30pm. Cant imagine this is great for business and even better for your customers. Good luck with that! read more

Helloooo to the Starbucks staff! I could tell you were working hard today! I appreciate your diligence! The girl who took our order was so personable and sweet! Thank you girlie! I've patrones this Starbucks many times since it opened. I periodically drive to the RGV from Houston to visit family. My husband and I always stop by at least once in each trip either in the way to or from the RGV and sometimes on each way! We appreciate that we can grab a drink and/or food when we stop to charge our Tesla at the nearby superchargers. There have been times, especially on Sundays (late afternoon/evening) when there are no packaged food items, particularly snack boxes, sandwiches, or salads. I would really appreciate more vegan or vegetarian options STARBUCKS! I've been to many Starbucks in Europe and those options are always more readily available there! Last, all the Starbucks bathrooms across the US need work in the cleanliness! There always seems to be minimal or no soap! Also, I appreciate that you want to reduce paper waste but I'm not about to use the air dryer in a bathroom that is not clean so I can blast my face with bacteria! That's all! So rude at this location! I was standing there after spending $30 on drinks talking with friends and this batista rudely interrupts and was like your too loud. People are studying we looked around there was two people and one had headphones. read more

Service is so much better. The staff here has been the sweetest for the past several months. They are always so happy and ready to cheer me up, giving me free cake pops or coffee here and there. One young man makes sure to always tell me, I love you. Another girl calls me babe. I know they say it to everyone but that's just awesome to hear as an old lonely woman. Lol. read more

Continue to use this Starbucks as it's the ONLY coffee place in town..... ordered for myself and a friend- I should have checked her latte before I left. It wasn't an extra foam latte. I drove 1.2 miles before handing off. Almost $6 for a latte with more than 3 inches from liquid to top of cup. I know room for foam and oat milk doesn't foam the same as cows milk, but this is just not cool. read more

Didn't get food so I can't comment on that. Service from guy fixing my drink was lots to be desired. Ambiance: Just plain dirty. Dirty counters, dirty tables, floors were dirty and bathrooms were very dirty. Trash cans were full. Paper trash on floors and some tables too. I'm curious what had dripped down both bathroom doors. Maybe I do t want to know. I left one bathroom hoping the other was better. I was wrong. read more

This Starbucks was memorable! The person at the register was so sweet and educated me about my drink. Their staff was focused and made our drinks quickly. They took reasonable special requests. The building was very clean and organized. To no fault of the staff the building was a little icky near where the air vents blew out against the wall... looked like mold and the other air vents were very very dirty. They had no napkins, the juice had no straw and workers made complicated just to get a straw. There were left over drinks people did not pick up with melted ice and deluded colors, which made the counter look disorderly unattended. read more
