It's located not far from Jacksonville Air Force Base, off I-57. This portion of the highway is currently going through major construction. If you plan on visiting this location, give yourself plenty of time as you will be dealing with long detours. Traffic can get backed up far, in this area. Baristas did a good job here being friendly and helpful. I spiked up a conversation with them to inquire about what makes their interior so different from many other locations I've visited. They shared, "Wherever there is a Starbucks near military base, the interior design will mainly be focused on personalizing to acknowledge military personnel and help them feel welcomed." It certainly had that feeling here. The staff kept this place clean and some of the baristas were either past or current military service members. When I visited the Starbucks HQ in Washington, I met a friendly front desk lady who shared with me that her and her spouse were both in military. She also shared with me, "Starbucks focuses on hiring thousands of military personnel to help them keep their jobs, should they or their spouse have to be transferred to another location." "No matter where they are transferred for military purposes, Starbucks has theirs baristas back. They offer smooth transition into a new store for them. Making new friends is a bonus." My order was made fresh, efficient and tasted great. I enjoyed my stay here, while on business. If you're a military member, come by here and enjoy your stay. Stopped by over the past few weekends to hangout while I study. The staff has been very friendly and polite. I felt like they went out of their way to make a genuine effort to provide quality drinks and service. The inside area has always been clean and well organized. I've been a Starbucks enjoyer all of my life and have been to locations all across the country including the roastery in Chicago and this location is definitely getting put on my list of favorites. read more

I want so bad to leave something nice. But in the 5-6 years I've been coming to this one it's the same issues nearly every time. There was once or twice where I left feeling good about paying $6 for a cup of coffee and had a pleasant interaction with employees. The line is ALWAYS long and slow to move. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of, employees are almost always rude when ordering Most of the time when leaving I ask myself why I keep coming here and expecting anything different. How is this one still open? Tons of people voicing same issues. I've called corporate many times after leaving but nothing changes. And to top it off if you pay with a debit the hand you a keypad thru the window and watch you to see if you'll leave a tip. A tip? For what- driving thru and paying $6 for a rude attitude. Nope. I had a horrible experience in Cabot and drove here and ordered a "secret" drink the same as in Cabot where I was spoken to as though this were my first time on planet Earth. I am visiting my Dad in Jacksonville Ark. and since I am the first one up I decided to pickup three breakfast for us ( I hate to cook in someone's else kitchen! Ok that's not true -I just hate to cook!)my first stop is at Starbucks. I use their app to order and PAY for my coffee (Thank you Family for all the gift cards.) OH my gosh how I love their app!!!! I never use the drive up unless it's absolutely necessary-When I run in my coffee is being completed. If I was in my right mind I would have taken a picture of the angel that made my perfect coffee. But all I could think of is my first swallow of heaven in a cup. I'm not even sure if I thanked her properly. She must get that a lot from morning customers , we lack verbal skills until we have had our coffee. As I return to my car there is still a long line at the drive-thru. Not good at all. a simple 11$ 2 drink orders leads too hour late to work and $30 on a car vaccum to get the coffee out of seats, floor, and speaker. employee Callie DID NOT give napkins after she dropped the grande cold brew in the car. will never come to this location again . general manager argued on the phone with me because she said "I was here I don't think that's how things went" and I said "if you were there why couldn't you give me napkins before 5 minutes pasted?" she believed I was speaking down to her. it's unacceptable that employees in this company can ruin a customers vehicle and be praised customer service line was very helpful, will have to email and go back and forth probably for a week so more work missed to be reimbursed for my interior and speaker NEEDLESS to say DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU! If a zero star was available, that is what I would give this Starbucks location. We visited yesterday, May 7th in the drive thru. We were handed an extra drink that did not belong to us, and I believe strongly in integrity and karma, so I informed the gentleman at the drive thru. He thanked me for my honesty, we exchanged "Have a nice day!" and we left and drove our 70 mile trip home. I realized last night I did not have my credit card, but this Starbucks location was already closed, so I couldn't call. I called today and was informed my card was there and would be available to pick it up today. We drove the 140 mile round trip to retrieve my card. The young lady at the window, was impolite, unpleasant, and continued to "smirk" telling us "You'll have to wait 10 minutes so we can open the safe,"' which we understood. While we waited, we placed an order in the amount of $30.16, which was about the amount of gas money it took to make a special trip. We nicely asked if there would be a discount and was told sarcastically "No." I reminded them we had to drive 140 miles and spend the time and gas money...we were hatefully told no, and the equally impolite young man who indicated he was the shift manager said "I was here yesterday and saw him try to give you your credit card and you wouldn't take it." That is one of the most asinine statements I have ever heard!! Sure, he handed my card to me and I decided to not accept it so I could waste time and gas money to drive back to get it today! I completely understand them not being able to offer a discount, but they could have nicely said they could check with a manger and get back to us in the future. I have contacted Starbucks corporate and filed a report...first time I have ever contacted a corporation with a complaint. They need lessons in being polite or they don't need to be serving the public. I am always polite to people, and there is no reason for these employees to act this way. First, I would like to say this store used to have great customer service but unfortunately it has went downhill at least if you visit on weekends or in the evenings. I witnessed a manager inform a customer that she had an attitude with him so he was allowed to give her attitude back. He was yelling at her informing her that it wasn't his fault that she ordered something on the mobile app and they were out. From what I witnessed she was calm but the manager was not. I travel a little bit farther to come to this Starbucks location. They make the creamiest lattes around! I have a Grande with Splenda and extra whip. No skinny for me. Just don't care for sugar so I get Splenda. Must switch over to stevia because I love that sweetener as well. I always order ahead and bop in for pick up. Chat awhile and then I'm gone. This Starbucks like most is busy in the morning. They have several spots to sit and enjoy the ambience. The majority of the staff is friendly. They have some employees that have been there several years. The wait times can be unreasonable sometimes. It just depends on who is working. If you have any sort of time constraint, do not go to this location. I pulled up this morning and the line was out to the street. I was optimistic as I watched 4 Vehicles drive off, but the line barely budged forward. I even watched someone who was about to order change their mind and pull out of line and leave the parking lot. This is THE WORST Starbucks. Although some of the workers are nice, most have an attitude. I've even heard them talking about someone's order, which happened to be mine. This Starbucks NEVER has anything. However, it's the only Starbucks between NLR/Sherwood to Searcy, so I'm subject to the aggravation whenever I go. Knowing that they are the only one and people come from miles around, it would make sense to have ample enough of product. I asked for a drink that's generally served cold (it's a tea) to be made hot, and they said they can't make it like that. I've had it made hot before, just at different locations. I love Starbucks. I just do. I have for a long time. I went today specifically to try the Caramelized Honey Latte. I'm still sipping on it and wow is it good. It's not the best thing I've ever had kind of good - but it is that "oh yeah, this is good" kind of good. My son had the cold Passion Fruit Tango. He says its good, and it does look good. The staff was as friendly as ever. We went in to order. I always bring my own mug. It was not terribly busy, we were there kinda late on a Saturday afternoon of a very pretty day outside. Our drinks were given to us at the same time, made perfectly to order. I have no complaints. No doubt, I will be back ...especially before the Caramelized Honey Latte is cycled out. read more

On average I have waited 15 minutes every single time I've gone through the drive through. That's AVERAGE. That means that sometimes it's thirty minutes and sometimes it's four. If you don't have enough gas, don't go here because you'll run out in line. If you consider parking and going in, you may get your drink faster, but you'll be trapped in the parking lot for up to twenty minutes. This is not an exaggeration. The drinks are standard Starbucks quality and the people are nice, although for the life of me I have no idea what the manager is doing with manning and training because there is no logical way for this place to consistently take longer than a manicure set. My last visit to Starbucks. I wanted to buy my father a Starbucks gift card and coffee cup for fathers day later this month. I went into the Jacksonville location only to be met by a line of tables blocking entrance (why even unlock the doors). Several wide eyed employees asked me what I wanted. I asked for a cup of coffee (to go) and if I could purchase merchandise. Shocked they said no and started freaking out. I promptly left and went shopping at local stores that actually have not lost there mind. I guess they have not heard the economy is opening back up.
