Third time in the last 2 weeks that I've stopped by to get a cold brew with sweet cream. Also the third time that nobody has been behind the counter working the Starbucks. Can't really do a review I don't guess if you can't get a coffee when you go there. No one in sight stood and stared at the board with the prices on it for three or four minutes several Kroger employees walk by. I guess it wasn't their job because I knew Kroger's and Starbucks are separate. Will not go back. read more

Great clean restaurant with friendly and prompt staff. I've been here several times and never had a long wait nor a bad coffee. Store and bathrooms are very clean as well and have never had any problems with the wifi which is fast allowing me to promptly complete my work. read more

If i can give this place zero stars, i would. Typically at starbucks if the drink is made wrong, they'd replace it with no extra charge. THE MANAGER HERE IS SO RUDE AND HEAVY ON HER ATTITUDE EVERY DAY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh, not to mention why is their display such a mess? read more

Barista had to be told by co-worker how to make drink... and it turned out horrible. When I asked for re-make or a different drink, the staff was very rude and said I would have to purchase another drink because "they are not owned by corporate"... whatever that means. You would think customer service comes first, however, this is not the case for this Starbucks location. I love Starbucks, so I would recommend finding another location with better service. The Hurricane, WV location has definitely lost any future business from me. read more

Sparkling new and spacious location, adjoined to a bank. Freshly clean. Service was very prompt and friendlier than many. Otherwise, much else to be expected. Turkey Bacon breakfast sandwich is good. Decent, but ultimately overpriced coffee...not justifiable for frequent visits. read more

I've been here a few times when visiting family. The atmosphere is very open and inviting. The staff are always cheerful and understand that "room for cream" means enough room to add cream or milk (versus some coffee shops that literally leave no room at all, thus forcing you to pour away some of the coffee). Anyway, I like it, overall. My only wish is that they would put up a sign closer to the road so that people unfamiliar with the area can better know when to begin slowing down. As it is, the only sign is in front of the building itself which is set a few yards from the road, at the foot of a sloped driveway. read more
