Staff are always kind and quick to help you, especially given how understaffed they can be at times. Drinks are always great, especially the new frozen lemonades! RIDICULOUSLY LONG WAIT ! Walked in to order because we were in a rush and figured ordering inside would be faster. Staff ignored taking our order for a while, and when they did had trouble understanding what we were asking for. After getting our order in we waited a few minutes for our drinks and 15-20 minutes for our bakery items and breakfast sandwiches. The only reason they got done was because an employee had seen how long we were waiting and changed posts to get it done. Terrible service. Go to the other nearby Starbucks which is much faster and organized. read more

50% of the time when I drive to Starbucks they are closed, sometimes at 4pm THEY ARE CLOSED, and when they are open they are usually out of what ever you ordered... so frustrating read more

The store is loosely managed and staffed by less than professional employees. We have experience repeated issues ordering and paying for our items. The staff is flippant in their interactions and don't own the service or product. read more

Oh dear lord this place saved my ass on the way home! I had been drinking terrible terrible coffee in Columbia Falls all week long. Mind you, Starbucks is mediocre in my big city opinion but at least it's consistently mediocre. The line was quick and I ordered a coconut iced mocha. However, the wait for my drink was ridiculous! I couldn't believe it took so long. There was only one person in front of me. That wouldn't happen where I'm from. When I got my drink I was pretty sure it wasn't coconut. After a couple of sips, I realized it was mint. I asked the girl about, she said she was pretty sure it was coconut. After my being persistent she said "Then you're probably right I'll make it again." With a big corporate encouraged smile she made it fast, this time w/ coconut and not mint. Overall, I give 3* cause the coffee tasted fine and in the end the girl was quick to make me happy. What more could I ask for on a long trip home to Minneapolis? read more

I went and the barista was super nice but they messed up my order. I ordered a pink drink and got some sort of pink drink mix it tasted nothing like a normal pink drink and looked different. It only had 2 slices of strawberries and normally it's about 10 ish. read more

I have no idea what the bad reviews are from. The employees are always wonderful here! Smiling, happy to see me, friendly and accomodating. I have very rarely had my drink made wrong and if it was it was corrected right away. The wifi rocks and this Starbucks is always clean! read more

I'm unsure of why this place doesn't have 5 stars. They were certainly on top of it today! I decided to go in because there for several cars in the drive thru. What an awesome staff. So friendly. If I didn't have to rush to the airport I would have stayed and relaxed for a few minutes. If you are in need of coffee this is a must go. Great atmosphere and great staff. I'll be back for sure and I suggest you head over there now. read more

Had an alright experience at this Starbucks location. The baristas were friendly, but took longer than expected to make two drinks. The lines for the drive thru were too long so we decided to go in and order. It's your typical Starbucks so don't expect anything different unless you're in California (my home) where they're much bigger. I also appreciated how well the iced drinks were shaken. Usually my green tea latte isn't shaken well, but they did a great job making sure there wasn't a lot of green tea left at the bottom of my drink. read more

Recently moved to this area and tried this Starbucks twice. Both times I've been disappointed by it, both times there were flies bothering us, and both time it was so warm inside as to cut our much needed coffee break short. Also, both times very messy and just an overall sense of clutter. Will try again later but not optimistic by it. Plenty of help behind counter that it should be spotless, but too much silliness and banter going on with staff. read more
