everything was perfect except while going through the drive thru i made a mistake on my order so once at the window i asked to change it to which the guy was rude about then i had a gift card on my phone that i wanted to use to pay for my two drinks (had a little over 300 stars and wanted to use a gift card to reach 400 stars to redeem a free cup that i've been eyeing) the guy did not even ask if i wanted to redeem my points he just scanned and redeemed them. so instead of paying for both drinks and reaching my 400 stars i now have a little over 100 points... very disappointe. read more

What a smart idea for a Starbucks location. Opened several months ago so very new and clean inside. Doesn't matter if it's early morning, middle of the day, or half hour before closing- there is ALWAYS a line! As most Starbucks drive-thrus are, this location is anciently SLOW. My own fault for staying in the line, but I have spent a half hour waiting before. Usually it's not more than five or so minutes but some days they do not seem to have it together- perhaps with the overload of drive-thru cars, inside orders, and online orders it is a lot to keep up with but as I mentioned before, smart idea to put a Starbucks because the demand is high here! read more

My husband was out running errands and grabbed me the new gingerbread chai with oat milk from this location and it is Atrocious. Mind you I've gotten this numerous times from the Starbucks in the Kroger across the street and it's lovely. But this tastes like mildly flavored water with an oat milk aftertaste. This isn't my only poor experience with them unfortunately so while it's a nice location and seems well maintained, the quality of the product is lacking. First visit to the new Starbucks store in Heath this morning. Staff was very friendly and completed our order correctly and fairly quickly. Quality was what you'd expect at most Starbucks locations. The new dining space was very dirty from the floors to the furniture. Every area had crumbs or hadn't been cleaned. I do not blame the employees for the issues this location has. I know they are understaffed during this time. What's frustrating is that the app allows me to order online to pick up in store and they are so busy the doors are locked and you have to wait in the drive thru line anyway. What should have been a 5 min trip turned into 30 min. If the app had said in store pick up at this location unavailable, I would have skipped it. Luckily, I had no pressing appointments immediately. I would give zero stars if I could. Was waiting outside the drive through for nearly ten minutes confused if they were closed or not. The workers were completely ignoring me and the remainder of the customers in line. This was around 6 PM, well before their closing hours. Finally got out to order in person and the workers TURNED the lights off as I was approaching the door. I feel disrespected and will not be coming here again. I understand things happen that require an early close which is completely fine, but that should have been communicated to the customers rather than blatantly ignoring them. I think I'll start going to the one in Kroger across the street. The convenience isn't worth the issues I've had with my couple trips this week. I don't go to Starbucks often but got a gift card for Christmas so my first visit I went inside on my lunch break and ordered at the register. The guy who took my order (had glasses, maybe 40s) was talking to a out of town family for a good 7 minutes before taking my order, he takes my order and isn't very friendly but whatever so I sit down and wait.. and wait.. and I see a cup with my name on it but it isn't my order so I tell the barista and she informed me the guy had put my name in as Trina.. what? Okay no big deal but at this time I had been waiting a good 25 minutes. I waited another 10 for my correct order with the name Trina to get done.. now my whole lunch break has been spent sitting in Starbucks. I decide to try again this morning and to make it easier for everyone I ordered online and went through the drive thru.. same guy at the window tries to hand me two drinks that aren't mine, I tell him and he asks what time my app said my order would be ready so I tell him it said 7:37 am and I'm there at 7:40.. so then he proceeds to ask me if I live in Newark and basically that I shouldn't use mobile ordering because the tickets don't print out for them at the same time or something? For one, people should be able to use mobile ordering, like for me it was more convenient this morning anyway bc I left the house without my wallet! Plus I thought it would help them know my name and get my order right. I have no issues with the baristas or how my drinks were they were delicious but that guy with glasses can suck an egg!! Im not sorry your company doesn't know how to fix their mobile order issue and im sure im not the only one using it but he basically told me I didn't wait long enough between ordering and coming to the store.. quite literally the worst starbucks i have been to in my entire life. the drive thru line consistently stays 10+ cars long with the slowest possible service you could imagine. going inside to order isn't any better as they look understaffed every time i've been inside and they say "we'll be with you when we can" obviously overworked. every time ive walked inside to make it faster i still end up waiting 20 + min for my beverage--all while the drive thru line continues to grow longer. oh and your hot food will likely be burnt as you hear the ovens beeping over and over while your food is burning. read more

I tried to order blond coffee and was told it would have to be Pike. It was after 3 so no problem. I was headed to a class at the Y so I only ordered a tall with cream. I pulled up and waited quite a while for the car ahead of me. They got some special drinks and a sandwich so again no problem but it is getting late. When I pull up I see the person taking orders pointing to the screen and talking to others working there. She takes my card and has trouble because she tries to swipe it and it has a chip. Finally got it and as she is handing it back asks me to pull around to the front and someone will bring it out. Now I am a little worried about the time. I waited 5 or 6 minutes and someone finally came out and handed it to me. I was concerned about being able to drink it because it would be too hot before the class so I took the lid off, blew on it and went to take a sip-it was cold. Wasn't sure I could get back on the front door and no time to wait in the drive through line again. I drank it but not sure I will go back to that Starbucks. I have been to Starbucks all over the country and this one a couple of other times and this was my first bad experience at any Starbucks anywhere. read more
