Bad customer service. I was in line and waited as "two people needed to fix a register" too add there was a manager there too. No one acknowledged me. Two girls went up to the counter (without being called) and she helped them. I get called up, (as a good customer should) and expressed "I was before the two girls but no one acknowledged me" the girl just said "oh" no apology or anything. Train your people better, Starbucks! This location is always pretty quick when it comes to making drinks and such. Service is ok most of the time, but not more than that. I've been multiple times and not sure how I missed a review, but drinks are always consistent in my experience. read more

My husband has been almost a daily customer there since we moved here. He loves sitting outside and enjoying his coffee. Today, a Saturday, we pre-ordered our order on the app and were given a time of 10 minutes. 15 min later, he goes into the store and my iced tea is ready. It is obviously busy for a Saturday and because my order was ready, he wanted to make sure his order was still being prepared and someone else didn't grab it (since my iced tea was sitting there). Our muffin (also needing no preperation) was not there either. So, he asked simply if his order was still in the queue. THREE employees gave him major attitude saying saying they were 17 orders behind, it was a busy morning, etc but with attitude and mean tones. The objective of his question was to determine if his order was still being prepared or not so we didn't sit there for another hour waiting for coffee that wasn't being prepared. Customer service at its worst and we won't be returning. A simple question with a simple answer and he was made to look like the bad guy. read more

Back at it. Our Friday morning tradition. Breakfast at Starbucks inside the super target. My kids don't have school Fridays so we're able to do this all summer and during the school year. Even though we are here every week, it seems there is always someone new at the bar. Seems like they always miss one of my items. Last time they didn't get my drink. This time my sons treat, even though I specifically repeated myself because the barista was talking to her co worker about something while taking my order. Literally repeated myself and she confirmed. When I went back to tell them we didn't receive it she said she didn't charge me for it. I told her, then why did you answer when I confirmed my order, she said she thought I meant the drink. "Pokémon " and "brownie" SOUND NOTHING ALIKE. BUT THATS HER EXCUSE. So I said fine, print out my previous receipt, the young barista with eyes like deer in head lights says, umm....we We we can't do that. I said oh for goodness sake. ( in my head, I don't make a scene) ( not in front of my kids anyway) Fine. Just charge me again. Geeeeez. She didn't apologize. She did say have a nice day when she handed me the brownie but I don't have time to waste. My kids are waiting on me. AND NOW I HAVE TO CUT IN LINE, to get my brownie, because they did have a line waiting when I told them what they missed. Again, totally their fault. I confirmed my order. I always do. Little miss thing with the head in the clouds might not be ready for the front cashier yet. But we'll see next week.... maybe. Have a nice day. read more

This Starbucks is located inside of Super Target. I usually stop in to grab a tea prior to shopping in this plaza. The drinks are always prepared well and they have good customer service. The baristas will make whatever you ask for (i.e.- pink drink) if they have the ingredients and you tell them what you want. I have no complaints about this location. read more

Consistently puts too much cold foam onto my drinks, even after requesting half the amount. There is a young fella with glasses that works there that always addresses me properly: professional and with respect. He also demonstrated attention to detail above the others. read more

Got there at 8:45 pm, and the cashier girl insisted that they closed at 8 pm when the website clearly says 9:00pm, just so they wouldnt serve me and my family. The girl was very rude when i asked her about the discrepancy in schedule and said that she didnt know why the website said than and frankly didnt care, and if I had any issues to go complain at customer service (since its inside a Target). Worst customer service Ive had at a Starbucks. There was no one in front of me. I ordered a simple tall drink. The girl started to do other things and seemed to have forgotten my order. And to too it off, one of the girls finished an order after mine. I asked politely "Excuse me, Is my drink almost ready?" I know they heard me because one girl looked up. This Starbucks deserves an award. I drink Starbucks at least once a day and they always make it a great experience for me. Most friendly staff of any Starbucks I have ever been to. After all the bad Starbucks experiences I have had, this location definitely makes up for it. Other Starbucks should watch and learn from this location. Thank you guys for always being so awesome! Poor customer service. After getting the drink ingredients wrong, the drink is remade after two more customers' drinks are made & served.

I wanted to give a big thank you to the young gentleman "London" I hope I spelled it right. That works at the Starbucks in the Target. I didn't order my coffee correctly because I deviated from my normal drink and when I ask him to remake it. He obliged and didn't give me the "look". He actually talked me through the normal recipe making sure it was done exactly how I wanted it. He then went above and beyond when I ask about where to get a Caesar salad to go. He walked with me to the location and then checked me out. Very pleasant and very accommodating! I like mornings like that. read more

This Starbucks is amazing especially the customer service that I receive ! Always excellent and I never have any issues. It does get busy often but that is a result of great quality service. It depends on who is working to really determine how fast the drinks come out but most do try their hardest in order to get the drinks out quickly. Overall this Starbucks is good for a quick stop before you shop. read more

Love this Starbucks and the employees are so nice, the only thing that makes this a 4 star rating is that I can't stand how they turn faucets on full blast and walk away all the time, it happens on such a regular basis that it definitely affects how I feel about the place. read more
