The sitting areas were nicely spaced, which I appreciated. It was quiet and the music wasn't overly loud, so it looked to be a great place to remote work if you need a spot against the wall to focus, or to catch up with people at one of the circular 4 seater tables near the center of the coffeeshop. There was also a couch area further back, which was perfect for my friend who was pregnant and also for me who is just several weeks postpartum so we both appreciated this comfortable spot to sit! Regarding the service the barista was quick to take my order and gave me good recommendations. She also made the order extremely fast as well! I got the Aversboro mocha with half sweet and oat milk and it was delicious! My friend arrived shortly after and also said her drink was great! I have not tried any of their food yet but looking forward to next time I visit!

I came yesterday right when they opened at 7 a.m., before church, and didn't leave until around 7:30. There was only one woman ahead of me, but she ended up running late because her drink was not ready on time. I honestly felt bad for the employee working because it was his first day, and he said the coworker who was supposed to open with him was running late. He seemed really overwhelmed and was left trying to handle everything alone. My friend ended up ordering drip coffee because she could tell he was still learning, and I ordered the crème brûlée latte. It was muuuch too sweet for me, so I had to add some of my own regular coffee to drink it. I completely understand that it was his first day, and I don't blame him at all. I just felt bad that he was left alone during opening. I was really excited to come here, but overall it was a disappointing experience--and I ended up being late for church too :(

When you arrive parking can be found either on the street or in a nearby parking lot. There was a pretty long line wrapping around the coffee shop so we hopped in line. When we were at the coffee shop there doesn't seem to be enough seating for how much traffic is going through the shop as the inside and outside seating were pretty full. Unfortunately the atmosphere was a bit overshadowed by being overcrowded and several kids running around. The atmosphere inside the coffee shop feels like a modern vibe but nestled within a small town. I ordered a strawberry glazed donut and a vanilla latte. I wasn't the biggest fan of the donut as it didn't taste the freshest and the espresso shots weren't pulled correctly as the latte tasted a bit watery/thin. This coffee shop is crowded as it's really the only option in Fuqua-Varina but may try it again if I'm in the area again.

Service is a little slow, however, I'll take that if it comes with accurate orders and happy patient employees. Most of the prices are reasonable. The Box of Joe seems a bit pricy. It does come with cups, sugar, and creamer on the side. Plus you can pick from the original or dark roast options. Compared to other Dunkin locations I have visited, this location seems to keep the donuts well stocked. That or they aren't as busy. The donuts here are delicious and varied. They have the typical flavors as well as seasonal flavors and a Tarheel donut (Go Heels!). I stick with the donuts, coffee, and tea on most occasions. It seems like each time I choose and enjoy a different item, they don't have it on the menu when I return, for instance, the bagel twist and chicken salad croissant. Overall, this is probably my favorite Dunkin location. It is convenient, employees are great, and they always seem to have a great selection of donuts.
