I came here to work for a few hours the other day and the staff was all very friendly. Unfortunately they were out of Oat Milk but I had the shaken espresso drink with coconut milk and it tasted fine!! There is quite a bit of seating in this location and strong Wi-Fi which makes this a good location for working remote for a few hours! I would definitely come back! read more

They manage to get your order wrong every single time regardless of how you order. I've ordered at the store and it's still wrong. On top of that, they are the slowest location in the history of Starbucks. This location is so awful it makes me consider switching coffee places entirely. read more

they were closed for no reason whatsoever right in the middle of the day. I came all the way down to get a coffee and was denied.

I placed my order for 2 1/5 gallon coffees and 15 assorted pastries on 1/24/22 to be picked up at 830 am on 1/25/22. This order was taken by Jamie. I arrived at store by 8:00 am from 2.5 hours away to find main doors locked but drive through was 10 cars deep. I sat in the line for 30 minutes till I got up to place where I could order to find out there was no one there and people had just left without telling car behind them the store was closed. Starbucks should be responsible enough to put a sign out that the store is closed. I wasted 30 minutes and then found coffee at another location and was late for my appointment. Poor reflection on Starbucks and all the people that didn't take the time to tell people in line it was closed. read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. And this is my location of choice, doesn't hurt that its sandwiched next to my other bad decision called Chipotle, which of course is never a bad decision. Wow... Not a Starbucks snob, nor do I order drinks that are anywhere near complicated, but this Starbucks is highly disorganized. Walked in to order a small cup of coffee. Asked for Veranda (lady had no idea what I was talking about), so I asked for their light roast. Cashier told me I could order their blonde, turned around to get it, and realized none was available. Told her I'd really prefer anything but a dark roast, but she eventually realized this was the only coffee brewed. Never ran into a Starbucks with this problem before-- from a lack of selections to low quality of service. Definitely an outlier. read more

I stopped at this Starbucks on my way to the airport because it was convenient, but I will never stop here again. To preface this review, I would like you to know that I went to the drive thru during this transaction. First of all, I ordered an iced vanilla latte with soy milk- a pretty basic order, in my professional Starbucks opinion. I have ordered this drink numerous times at other Starbucks locations and never had a problem... until today. For some reason there was all curdled looking milk at the bottom of my drink. When I asked the barista about it he told me "it's just the settled soy. We would never have sour milk of any kind here, I promise you." Well, that's not true because I took two sips and it tasted absolutely disgusting. The barista obviously knew because when I was about to ask for a black coffee instead, he told me they were making a new latte for me. The second one turned out okay, but still not up to par with what I normally get. Secondly, I ordered a turkey bacon and egg sandwich, again like I normally do. I got halfway through before the bacon was cold and the eggs were wet. I seriously almost spit it out. A cold breakfast sandwich?! Really?!?! Not good. Overall the only reason I am giving two stars is because they made me another latte when I asked about the first. Decent customer service but awful products. 0/10 would not recommend. Go out of your way to find a better location. read more

I stop here quite frequently. The inside and outside are very nice. Today I had the best Latte I ever had at any Starbucks! Wow! Such thick rich milk foam it was the best. Thank you. I'll be back! Great coffee for the extra money. I would frequent all Starbucks a bit more often if the music that they played inside wasn't so loud. I am a salesman that is constantly on the road with an opportunity to stop at different Starbucks locations every day. I am always looking for a way to pull over for a quick refill and to make a few phone calls, but the atmosphere it isn't suited for the on the go businessman that needs to connect with customers or focus or while studying documents. There's been multiple occasions where my drink has been just wrong, including this morning when I was asked if I wanted whipped cream after already specifying yes, only to have a fourth of my drink poured out and then no whipped cream added. I'm a partner too guys, do better. read more

I visit this Starbucks location almost every single day and I have never had an issue! I usually go through the drive thru, and that experience is never short of perfect. Even if the line is long, I know it goes by fast, so I wait in it anyway. Also, I love the mobile app features - when I am in an extreme rush and don't even have time to wait in the drive thru, I order my drink right when I leave my house (5 minutes away) and by the time I park and walk up, it is freshly waiting for me. Never a bad experience here! The only thing that I wish I could change or improve is the parking, but that's not their fault! read more

Updating my review. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! LAZIEST STAFF EVER! I'm a regular at Starbucks as mentioned in my previous post so I know what kind of service is expected from the chain. I came in here and asked for a staff member if they had any other Evolution juices in the back she didn't even look my way and didn't even bother to check in the back and immediately told me No and proceeded to talk to her colleague. I told her well I'm only asking because all of these are expired. She then came around to double check and said she would check in the back. Low and behold juices appeared out of nowhere. She handed me one and I said she should probably take these out so no customers get sick. I came back the next day in here and again all the juices are expired. I noticed most of the parfaits and just about any sandwiches and platters were EXPIRED! Not expired from a day or two, no almost a week! Also, I noticed tiny flies inside their display glass. I will stay far away from this place!! Unacceptable from any company to sell expired items and to have employees who just simply don't care.. read more

This is definitely the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to, and I have been to more Starbucks locations that I would like to admit. Even when I am the only one in line, it seems like I am waiting forever. When I go later at night, the staff sometimes seems more invested in closing their stations than serving the customers. They have gotten my order wrong several times. Nothing major, just getting the size wrong, or giving me whipped cream when I ask for none, but it's still frustrating. I will say that this location has gotten better than when it first opened. It's the closest one to my house, and the drive-thru is very convenient. However, whenever possible, I will take my time to go into the Starbucks inside Target next door instead of visiting this location. read more

I am from New York and was looking for a casual/fun place to grab a drink.. the service at world of beer was beyond.. I would come back solely for the bartenders.. skylar helped us and suggested (based on my taste) beer she thought I would like. She was BEYOND helpful and made the entire experience so pleasurable.
