I have to admit, I go to A LOT of Starbucks and this one is quite bad. They usually get the order wrong and the line is ridiculous! I'm talking about wrapped around the building long... I love going to Starbucks, but I'm not trying to wait 30 min for 1 coffee. Now I will say when they get it right (which isn't a lot) it tastes great! It would just be really nice if they got their act together or at least give me the incorrect drink for the wrong order and the time waiting again for the right one and/or going back again to get it corrected. read more

If your signs says open till 11, then I shouldn't be turned away at 10:30 when I want a drink because you want to close early and go home. It was my and wife's first time at location. Service was fast and nice. Place is on small side and lack of tables can occur. She had a smore frappe and I went with basic hot caramel coffee. Both tasted great. Although I think the Mrs got the better of this deal. It's ok I won dinner that we had close by. read more

HEATHER made my first time here a crappy experience. When I was ordering seemed annoyed and was rushing me. I told her I was using my app and wanted to redeem my free birthday drink, she told me to scan it and I mentioned I wasn't to familiar and showed her my phone to ask if I was in the correct area to scan.. she repeated herself "Scan it." I did and stepped to the side. My cousin ordered with another rep, as we were waiting, Heather came and flung his almond croissant on to the counter and yelled his name out. All the guests and workers saw this, my cousin then asked to speak with a manager and every worker said there was not one working at the moment. He then mentioned Heather by name and her unprofessional attitude and rudeness. Another employee apologized for Heather and said "she's just rushed and has anxiety." I have no idea how her anxiety should make customer's experience her hostility. We all have bad days, maybe next time Heather should call in to work instead of making everyone having a shitty time. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered in my life. I hate the fact that this is the closest one to me because the service is terrible & the coffee always tastes burnt. I just went up there 5 minutes ago & the girl at the window tried to hand me the wrong coffee when there was literally only 4 people in line. How in the world do you get this stuff mixed up? & then she had the audacity to be rude about the whole situation. She apparently didn't even put my order in. & then she continued to charge me for the price of drink that she handed me in the first place. Um, no ma'am. This is absolutely the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I live 8 minutes from there. I mobile ordered. There was traffic and a train. I get there 20 minutes later and food is cold. Which was not there fault. But pike coffee with half and half and 2 equals still not ready. Ridiculous. read more

Looks like I'm not the only one with a problem with this location. I arrived at the drive thru line at 1pm this past Saturday. There was a car at the speaker and then two other cars, then me. It took me 10+ minutes to get to the speaker, and it was clear that it was the employees, not customers taking forever. The lady in front of me sat for 3 minutes before they took her order. So of course when I get up to the line, the girl asks me to hold on just a minute. I told her I didn't want to wait 5 minutes, I had already been waiting in line for an ungodly amount of time, and told her she needed to just take my order. She repeated I would have to wait and again I expressed my discontent, telling her they needed to get their act together because this was ridiculous. Then another woman's voice comes over the speaker and tells me that they won't be serving me today. I said you've got to be kidding me...and she still refused. I asked for the manager. She said this is the manager. I said if you refuse to serve me, I'll just call corporate, and asked for her name. She said her name is COLLEEN. I said look Colleen, you can just take my order and we can get over this, or I'll sit here and you'll lose more than just me as a customer. She never said anything. So I sat for another 5 minutes or so. 4 people behind me in line left, which I felt bad about initially, but now realize I was doing them a favor. I eventually left, and did call the corporate office. I know in Texas, business have a right to refuse service. But refusing my service because I was unhappy with the wait time, which they obviously know is horrendous, and then losing other customers because of it is unacceptable. I thank God that I don't live in this area and don't have to deal with this ever again. I have no patience for a slow drive thru. Ten minutes to serve two, three customers COFFEE is ridiculous. I hope they do everyone a favor and shut this location down. Or at least fire everyone, especially Colleen, and hire a competent staff. Starbucks is doing themselves a disservice by allowing this store to continue on this way. read more

So... It's Thursday morning... I've now been in the drive thru line for 32 minutes and there are still 4 cars in front of me and 6+ cars behind me. I wouldn't suggest frequenting this location if you are in a hurry, have a boss, have bladder issues, or if you just don't enjoy spending quality time in the car. Completely ridiculous this line is... Starbucks... Hire some more people or train your team better please. read more

Great service when you step inside! When you use the drive thru it's hard for the employees to hear you, they could use a new speaker system. I like to use the drive thru since I have a little one. Drinks are always great! read more

UGH. This location is so frustrating. Now I'm blaming the manager. I've seen her working and she has horrible managing skills. I guess they think because this is the only location within a reasonable distance to this godforsaken town, people can just deal. This is my 3rd or 4th review in a little over a year I've lived here, about how horrible this place is with time management! I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and they ALWAYS let me down... this time I went and ordered a misto, they charge me for a latte I told him that I didn't want that, he charged me 495 anyhow so I told him make it a triple and we will call it even. Then he still gave me the misto which is about a buck fifty less than that! but it's 7 o'clock in the morning, try to get on the highway and what can I do??? he slammed the window in my face and rushes back to work because obviously they're so overwhelmed that can't handle three cars in the drive-through, which is actually the least amount cars I have EVER seen at one time and the only reason I stopped there this morning so early. Me and a few ladies tried to stop in for coffee on a Saturday night, about 9:30ish. When we got there, we were greeted by a man sitting outside who told us they had the lobby closed and were only running drive thru. Apparently, they were grossly understaffed. HOW is Starbucks understaffed? We ended up leaving and heading to a fro-yo shop down the street. This Starbucks has burned me for the last time. Insane wait times, wrong orders, and now a closed lobby on a Saturday night at 9:30? I'll drive another 15 minutes to the next one. read more

I wish there was away to give them no stars. This is the absolute worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. They have absolutely no concerns with moving the line that is always wrapped around the building. I was the only car today -nobody already waiting- and it still took six minutes to get one latte. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't look inside and see people standing around talking. The only reason I even went here today was because it was raining and they have a drive through. I am not sure how this location makes any money because the service is so slow and sometimes unfriendly. read more

The drive through is so slow that I was able to finish my online culinary degree, get a haircut, call my mother who lives in Queens, extrapolate theories of spatial recognition in quantum physics, sew a wedding dress for Lady Gaga and plant an entire community vegetable garden for inner city youth. First time going to this starbucks. I had to wait in their drive thru for a good 20-30 min with approx. 6 cars in front of me. Talk about wasting gas and time. Should've parked and went in. They also ran out of almost all the new breakfast sandwiches and had to stick with my usual bagel. Not a good moment to want to try one of the new breakfast sandwiches they had. I went in 8:10 left at 8:40 I was 2nd in line. The barista kept talking to her friend then screwed up his order had to remake it all along kept talking and taking her time. The worst customer service ever the manager I'm assuming asked her if she needed help she said no all along talking to people in line not doing her job. She was 9 drinks behind I guess from phone orders. On top of all that she made a huge mess and had the most dramatic performance. The workers here are so wonderful. Every time we come in they greet us with smiles. Bree, Bishop, Hunter, and Wyatt always take the extra step in customer service - making sure our drinks are made to perfection! I look forward to seeing their smiling faces when I get my coffee :) read more

The service here is SUPER slow! I've considered calling the corporate office to complain. The drinks are good, and the servers are friendly, but they need to drink their own espresso to get the orders out faster. I go into the Kroger Starbucks now, it's faster to park, walk in, order and walk back out to my car than going through the drive through at the stand alone store! read more

I drink two or three cups a day. I drink usually one to two different drinks. I understand what I like. I can't get it done here right. I ACTUALLY DRIVE TO MESQUITE TO GET MY COFFEE. The service as well as the coffee is horrible. In fact, asking for coffee with specifics and you get a rash as if you made their day difficult. WHAT GIVES? I'm going to pay for it. GO TO MESQUITE. Quality service there and I promise if you don't want to ruin your day over a cup of coffee, GO TO MESQUITE, TX beside AT&T store on Town East Blvd. Awesome service there. Yuck, mobile order, went to pick up, 5 minutes after estimated ready time and it still wasn't ready and they snapped at me when I arrived and asked if it was ready. 1/2 of my order wasn't in stock so I had to wait in line to get my "refund" then she charged me for the unavailable item AGAIN instead of refunding. So then had to do a double refund, the coffee I got tastes awful. But I've already wasted 20 minutes on this "quick stop." Time to just accept my losses. Unhappy customer. I've had my order screwed up several times, I've sat in a not so long for line for over twenty minutes, and when I finally reach the window they have to have a team of two trying to figure out which drink sitting on the counter belongs to me. One week they are out of lids for their cups so they offer me two talls instead of the Venti I requested. No thank you, still being shorted on my coffee. Your associate Tanner was so rude. I went in tonight for a blonde roast and was told y'all didn't have it and that if I wanted it I would have to wait for a "pour-over". I asked how long and he said about five minutes which was fine, but apparently he was betting on me saying nvm and got frustrated when I said I still wanted it. I patiently waited with my mom at a table while they were making it. When I finally got my coffee he didn't say a word when he gave it to me even though I said thank you, and then I went to add cream and the cream was empty. I politely asked if he wouldn't mind pouring some in my cup for me since the container was empty. Again, he says nothing and starts looking in refrigerators. When he couldn't immediately find cream in the first fridge he literally started slamming doors. He finally went to look in the back and I could hear him slamming fridge doors from all the way in the back of the store. When he came back he took my cup and poured the cream and slid my cup back over to me. No words again, just frustration. Then as I stepped away he hollered to an associate named Jessica who was sitting at a table off duty doing homework and asked her "do you know why I'm the only one out here?" very abruptly. I get it, it's the end of the night and you work in a fast food chain, but all I wanted was a coffee and some cream. I don't appreciate being treated as an intruder instead of a guest, especially when I was polite. read more
