Giant chunk of ice found in my drink.

Why pay extra for extra caramel when they don't give you extra Carmel drizzle? Slow, kinda rude, rarely get my order right. Even when I ask again and again. Over it. Not even mixed fully.

Not a good Starbucks whatsoever, avoid at all cost. Terribly slow and terribly made drinks.

Slow. I thought they'd improve but no they haven't. Now they've closed the lobby it's even worse.

On a road trip heading up to Dallas, we made sure to make Collin Street Bakery a pit stop on our trip, and wow this place did not disappoint! They have lots of dine-in eating space, plenty of displays for you to look at the variety of food, a full fledged kitchen that you can have any kind of food to eat, a bunch of samples for you to try and especially the fruitcake! The staff are nice and friendly, I interacted with an employee on her first month at work, and she did a great job! When you go to the actual store, there have a huge variety of cookies and various treats, I've tried most of them and they are all delicious! I hate to say it, but I'm not the biggest fan of fruitcake, but having the samples are good enough for me when I stop by!

The cookie is also cute with the bright colors I adore so much. The staff was friendly and the place gave mom and pop shop vibes. They're famous for their fruit cake which was gifted to me - I could tell from the high quality packaging and taste this is no ordinary fruit cake. They did an amazing job (this is not sponsored )

(Note: Despite the short lines at the restaurant and services, the Tesla chargers way too quick. So keep an eye on the Tesla App). The restaurant is so clean and so is the bathroom. The food is tasty and the fruit cakes are heavenly! We've been back there twice, but I gobbled up their food before I remember to take pictures. Next time! I promised!

First, we were notified it had shipped. Today, we got a notice that instead of the Classic Fruitcake, Pecan Pie, and cookie assortment contained in the Christmas Sampler, they substituted four pecan pies. NOT appropriate and not happy. This is a senior couple who do receive guests, but four pecan pies?! Would have been nice to receive some kind of notification of the need to substitute and a better choice of items. Update: Jan 14, 2026 I never change my star rating on a review. This is an exception. I noted previously that my Christmas Sampler order was completely changed and delivered, but not what we ordered, and had no benefit of being notified of the change, nor a choice of a new gift. However, our recipient received their gift and notified me that they received not four pecan pies, as I'd thought, but four fruit cakes. This might have been a problem for someone else, but our recipient loved the fruit cakes! Glad she's a fan!

My 4Runner holds 23 gallons. I talked to the manger about it. He looks at the surveillance video and sees someone remove the pump nozzle from my suv and begin pumping in their truck. He says this happened last week too. Same store different pump number. So I ask for help. Can you give me a credit. His response, "no because it's your fault." "You shouldn't have left the pump". "W cannot take a loss just because you left the pump to come in here." Obviously this is a known issue at this store and the manger chose not to help the customer. You can pay for gas at the pumps (I assume you can everywhere now?). There is a Wendy's attached. Staff was very helpful! My bf &I were talked by about what we wanted and a clerk was walking by and pointed us in right direction even without us asking for help! Cashier was friendly & polite. As for the bathrooms, I think they were as clean as public restrooms could be. Of course it was 11am and day not half over but I've seen a lot of public restrooms unfortunately and this was one of the cleanest. Would I visit again? I just wish every convenience store was exactly like this. Yes, I would patronize this store if ever in the area again!

If you have not been yet- run!! Hurry and try this experience!…read more Definitely an amazing family day out idea. It is a factory that makes chocolate in the back, but in the front there is a storefront that has a huge selection of chocolate treats in the front. There is an ice cream bar with bluebell ice cream that you can get made into a milkshake or have scoops of ice cream. They also have a specialty chocolate section that it has handmade treats that are a little more elevated than the ones in the box. In the back of the store they have a discount section so don't miss it! The service was truly amazing! We spilled a milkshake and the Employee was the sweetest about me not even helping her. She wanted me to enjoy my day and continue on. We still helped but just the thought of her saying you come first in the year 2026 lol. We tried several boxes of chocolate but mainly focused on turtles; which are milk chocolate, caramel, and pecan treats. I purchased one that was handmade in the front - which was divine! I purchased a box of Christmas turtles that were on discount - Amazing! And I got a pecan caramel apple. The apple was OK the inside apple had a strange texture and flavor. I'm not sure if they boil the apples or what process before coating them, but it changed the Apple itself but the caramel and pecans were delectable! We got milkshakes- not the cheapest but very good! The store is immaculately, clean and organized. If you are on a road trip or not, it is worth the stop.

The place is not just the store but the actual factory where they make the chocolate. They had so many things to pick from and at great prices! For the people who only like certain ones in the box, they had bins to pick out the individual pieces. I also saw boxes of Whitmans and was surprised, I did not know that they were "Russell Stover". There was a customer there that gave us a secret tip- go into the back room. Ok, we went into the back room. In that back room they have all of the sale chocolate!! They had boxes and boxes on sale! We bought more than we planed on but that's ok, I'm going to give it away for Valentine's Day!
