I almost always leave a tip but today I did not and here's why. When I got in line, there was no one in front of me, but I still sat and waited for a long time for the answer from the speaker. I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and a small Frappuccino. I hate when they hand you a drink and there is a lot of space left in the glass, I feel like I was cheated. I watched him poor the drink, there was product left in the blender, why would he not give me a full order? The sandwich was worse. It looked like it had been dropped, the bread and egg were separated and then smashed back together. There was a lot of egg on the outside edges of the sandwich, very sloppily put together. There was only one poorly cooked piece of bacon that I removed and threw in the trash, as it had raw fat on it. I do not like how the app continually prods for a tip, if they deserved one, they would have gotten it. I hesitate to try this branch again. read more

I love this Starbucks, but I do have to admit the wait in the drive through is getting ridiculous. The staff is always friendly, energetic, and working hard. They make absolutely amazing coffee, not too badly priced as well. I have a few favorite workers up there and they make me smile everytime. Just wish it took a little less time. read more

What an awful experience stopping for coffee on our road trip. We ordered ahead and thought we would be quick. The order was ready but they didn't have any black coffee so we had to wait. They had a huge drive thru line and people waiting in the store but everyone behind the counter seemed more interested in dancing to the music than serving their customers. There's this woman that works, I'm not going to mention her name for her sake, but she has the worst attitude! I pulled up to the window and she started talking to her employees about me,why I don't know. I then was trying to be nice to her and she smarted off to me. If I was her boss I would FIRE HER! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was the 5th car from the window and waited in line for 30 minutes. They are the slowest Starbucks around Central AR. I pass by this Starbucks twice a day and they always have the longest line. Today, their line was short (5th car in line) & they still took 30 minutes. I typically order before I leave my house as I live 12 minutes away from this location because THEY ARE SO SLOW. It's just so disappointing. read more

The service at the Starbucks is by far the worst in central Arkansas. They have made my drinks wrong multiple times but the most annoying quality about this location is their speed. They take much longer than any other Starbucks I have been to. I have given them multiple chances because they are the only Starbucks in the Benton/Bryant area (except for Target) I had to leave without my drink today because they took so long ordering inside and there was no line. I have been stuck in the drive-through for 20 minutes more than once. I think today I finally learned my lesson, I will not return no matter how desperate to this location read more

I absolutely love Starbucks. I have never had any problems with Starbucks. They also have very nice employees in this coffee shop. There was a lady that has tripped and fell and broke a brand new limited time, exspensive cup. she we so embarrassed and the barista told her everything was okay and the barista payed for the cup and helped the lady clean up in the bathroom. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to! They are slow, slow, slow and all of the employees walk around like they are in a coma. Even the drive through is horrendous; I waited 10 minutes at the speaker and no one ever came on to take my order. Pitiful, pitiful.
