Maybe the busiest Starbucks that I've ever seen, and I've been to many across the country over the years. The drive-thru traffic is literally an overflow that is on the main road, while the inside of the store has a flow of customers that are 20-25 deep, not including mobile orders. Never seen anything quite like it. Parking? Good luck. I had to park at the Chili's next door and walk over since the parking lot for Starbucks was completely full. Through it all, the staff here remained upbeat, with excellent customer service from transaction to waiting time. My advice in stopping here? Have patience, grasshopper. read more

So I was stopping by for my morning coffee, when I finally got it after wait for 2 hours in line I took a sip and it tasted rotten! I drove back around in the drive through to get a refund then the lady yelled at me! I am so disappointed in Starbucks, I will not be returning read more

Lauren was working the drive thru today when I visited Starbucks. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. She was friendly and patient and answered all my questions thoroughly and with a smile. If anyone from corporate is reading this review, please hire more like her. I always have to wait 20+ minutes for my order. And you can watch them back there. So slow! I'm currently trying to find anything but Starbucks. They take their sweet time. There is no urgency. It took me a while to depart from them. Idk why it's taken this long!! On to newer and better things. It's management because they know how their people are. Unfortunately they ran out of mocha today and had no Java chip available. Waited in line for them to say that, being a coffee shop with essentially no coffee doesn't make much sense. I would avoid this location since they can't figure out their supply logistics. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. My son and I walked in and received no greeting and stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes while several employees are just playing around laughing with each other doing nothing. Finally we get someone to come to the counter and we're told oh we don't have any tall size cups. Thanks for making me wait just to tell me I have to go somewhere else! Not to mention, we're on a time limit. I recommend going to any other Starbucks. This staff is worthless. read more

Easy access from I-30. Store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. Never a long wait. Order is always right. The drive thru is a little tight if you have a truck or SUV. Plenty of parking. read more

Stopped by this location during a road trip within 30 minutes of closing, and while they were out of regular coffee--it was late, I get it--the overall cleanliness of the store, ability to recommend a substitute & open bathrooms made this stop a success. Nice employees but nearly everything is overpriced money in the trash. Terrible, uncomfortable seating, worst of any Starbucks, certainly of any coffee shop. Starbucks obviously wants to run people out. Coffee based Frappuccinos are generally awful with no coffee taste and often just taste like plain milk or artificial garbage. Gotta love when the "barista" with the black eye - can't make this stuff up - argues with ya. I ordered a soy cappuccino, light on the soy milk. Got my drink and it tasted like hot vanilla soy milk, disgusting. Told the barista and after arguing with me, he finally said "oh you wanted it dry". Um, yes, genius. Apparently he was just in a bad mood because he sent one of his co-worker packing when she attempted to help him with something. The store was crowded, not run efficiently. The one woman that appeared to be in charge seemed to know what was up and the newbie at the register tried his hardest but there were several unhappy customers lined up. read more

I ordered a giant white chocolate mocha with raspberry for myself and a friend. It was so cold out, so I knew a hot drink would hit the spot. These poor drinks were just not hot enough. They started warm and cooled to the point of being undrinkable about half way through. Yuck. read more

Traveling from TX to VA my husband and I needed a caffeine stop. The coffee was good as always but the service was by far the worse I have had at Starbucks. They were disinterested in me and I had to repeat my order several times. It took an excessive amount of amount of time to get the second drink which was the same as the first. The barista was busy talking with her co-worker while making the drink. When traveling through again I will go to the one inside the Target in the same shopping center. read more

This Starbucks used to be great. Now they have a new "system" where one person takes your order and 5 others stand around doing nothing. It takes 15 minutes to get a cake pop and a black coffee. They get our order wrong at least half the time now. We gave this Starbucks a lot of business, but now we go out of our way to avoid this one. read more

This place typically has excellent service, but lately every visit has been unreasonably slow in the drive-thru. While very pleasant manners, the employees unfortunately spend more time and effort playing around than tending to orders which I believe is one reason for the unwarranted wait times of 30 minutes even when they are not busy. Another issue I have is this last time I went, they somehow made a frap I ordered taste burnt. The actual drive-thru has been an issue since day one, seeing many a vehicle scraped when turning. I would also like to add that prices are too high and need some reworking. Other than that, I like the place. The employees, no matter how slow and inattentive, are always very polite and sweet. They too just need to pay more attention to the job at hand and work on efficiency along with delivering that great Starbucks quality I know they are capable of. read more

OMG! I've never been asked to never come back to a restaurant but it just happened. I guess waiting 30 for a regular cup of coffee is the norm at the coffee establishment. But being asked to pay for it twice was a little bit beyond my tolerance level. When I pointed to my cup behind the counter with my name and receipt attached to it it was as if I had planted a bomb. I was then told that I was yelling (I promise I wasn't) and asked to leave. No problem! read more

every single visit to this specific location i've had to wait 30+ minutes to get my drink. there have been people walk up and order their drink and get it within 2-4 minutes of ordering while i sit there patiently waiting for mine. i've had enough of it and this is the last straw. i didn't even get a full refund either. i got only 75% back on my card they said they couldn't refund cash. this is one of the first few times i've genuinely gotten angry over something small. i don't mind the drink being overpriced but at least get the drink to the customer in a fairly decent amount of time. i will now have to drive 25+ minutes if i want to get a starbucks drink, which will be much much faster even though the drive is 15 minutes longer. read more
