I was waiting for my tires to be done at Costco so I walked over to Starbucks and I always forget when I walk inside that they remodeled this location so the set up is completely different. The pick up for your drink is on the opposite side now. I usually get a BS oatmilk shaken espresso, but today l I decided to try the Matcha latte with a strawberry cold foam and I was definitely satisfied the flavor. Combination was perfect and I really enjoyed the cold foam. The strawberry flavor strong but in a great way. The weekday morning staff are fantastic. They know their regulars and always greet the customers. This location doesn't have a drive through, but the staff can typically keep up with mobile orders without issue. If mobile order is ever down, it gets a lot less crowded, so it's a good place to drop in. There's plenty of public parking. No drive thru but fast and friendly service and of course you can order ahead via app. They always have my order correct and food/drink prepared exactly to my liking. I used to come here a lot a couple years back. I lived around the corner from here so it was always a delight n beautiful escape at the time. Let it chill there n build up your anticipation!. I also tried the pastries, nice n sweet. The cake pops hit a higher sweet index in my mouth but im neutral to no way unless i have deep space nine black interstellar coffee. I can't do sweet+sweet it hits me like a brick. Snow man cookie? Honestly the worst starbfucks to go to in the area. All the partners are mean and unhelpful. I placed a mobile order and watched it sit there for 20 minutes. After contTully being ignored by the staff I grab my drinks, to which the barista Nick (With long hair and no net might I add) told me I can't reach accros the counter. I wouldn't have to do that if you responded to me when I ask a question, and not let me drink sit there. Also some girl named Tia came into the store and distracted every partner in there. I like this Starbucks a lot. It is not huge, but the employees are always friendly and on the ball. The location is clean and the coffee is always ready. I wish they would have a better selection of food as some of the newer Starbucks do. The parking lot is shared with several other stores and can be a challenge. Seems to be a favorite of college students as well, as there is always a lot of studying going on, which sometimes makes it difficult to find somewhere to sit. This has been the best location in the area for a while now. The baristas are very nice and friendly and will go out of their way to fix anything. I usually come to this one after work but I went on my day off today. I mobile ordered and when I went to leave, my car started having issues and I had to call a friend for a ride so I could run my errands. By the time I got there, it had been 40 min since my order was placed and the barista immediately offered to remake my drink without me even asking. That was so incredibly sweet. First off, parking is a nightmare!! When you pull into he plaza cars are coming at you from 3 different directions, scary. This alone makes me avoid this store. I got a iced Caramel Macchiato (they dropped the sugar free caramel syrup for a caramel latte). It was pretty tasteless. They were generous with the caramel, but I don't think they put enough vanilla syrup in it. I've had much better at two other local Starbucks. Staff was meh. Not very friendly, but not rude either. They are quick at herding people through, and I like that. One thing I don't like, is the men and women share a restroom. There can be long lines at times. Also, because of their location, this particular Starbucks does not have a drive through window. Other than that, it is your average expensive high calorie coffee joint. This is the only Starbucks around the busy mall area that is actually a free-standing Starbucks. it isn't a very convenient location including the mall, a lot of different shopping plazas, and grocery stores. I came in here to do some work, and I ordered a normal latte with one of the prepackaged protein boxes. It was overall a very nice experience the Barista was friendly and fast, but the only thing that I would knock off a star for is the seating areas. All of the chairs are wooden and not really great for working however the atmosphere itself is pleasant because it's quiet inside. read more

Every corner, every hotel.....there are just too many, it boggles my mind. I can't think of a stretch of road I can drive 3-4 miles & not pass at least 2. I love my specialty coffees & because they are so darn prevelent, I find my car heading to the drive thru. Really I have to physically argue with my car & tell it, it can't have high octane fuel, if we keep stopping. That seems to be language she can understand. I love all of their coffee & tea concoctions. I love a light afternoon bite: muffin, scone....suprise me. My bottom line is, except for an occasional indulgence, it is way overpriced! That says it all. Food offerings are fair, but usually nothing to brag about & coffee drinks are usually quite tasty. Personally, I choose to spend my disposable income on items I can't or won't make at home, just a personal choice. What's a girl to do? Pros: I always hit this place at low traffic. Never waited more than 2-3 minutes for my tried and true Iced Coffee with cream, no sugar. Of course that -is- probably the quickest prep item there. The wifi is quick, regularly see downloads of 100-200K/sec from major sites. I do spend time here looking at my Serato Whitelabel releases and have no complaints. Cons: Store is anchored on east side of strip mall, which means the slim layout of the place + most of seating on the east can make for TOASTY morning visits during the summer even with the blinds down. The parking lot can feel be tricky at times, people drive way too fast through the narrow lanes so triple check before you back out of your spot when it is busy. Baristas are all nice to me, so over time I've gotten to like this location even more. It's walking into a Cheers episode. read more

Service is okay, similar to some other mediocre Starbucks. The retail section is a little small which leads to cramped wavy lines where you have to maneuver yourself around the merchandise. The atmosphere: They are usually busy continuously. been a couple times to study and drink coffee and was a little cramped. I had to meet a client here yesterday and I have to say that I do believe some of the best ideas in our society are probably thought of while sitting in a Starbucks. The atmosphere of mostly all Starbucks' is very chill, relaxed and open to creativity. This location in Brandon is no different. The baristas were friendly, and cute I might add :) My client and I met and discussed business while good Motwon oldies were playing in the background. This is another thing I love about Starbucks, is their love for the arts and new music and artist promotions. Working in the entertainment business, I aprreciate the support they give. This Starbucks is clean and well operated. Spacious with plenty of seating...even a bar to sit at while the baristas concoct the next delicious caffinated beverage for posibly the next Springsteen or Einstein. I love that! read more

I am a permanent fixture in this Starbucks! My morning commute would be absolutely horrific if I did not stop here! There is no Drive Thru here, so I have no idea why there is a picture of one under this location. The baristas here are excellent!! I come here so much that I don't even have to tell them what I want! It's hilarious!! Depending on the time you get here, this location can have a line. I came here on a Saturday morning at 10am and actually left because they were so busy. I felt violated like I own the place. hahaahaha!! *I come here all the time, who are these strangers clogging up the place?* The service here is excellent! It's Starbucks...need I say more! No I'll be serious, I visit this store three times a week. I have said before I am a coffee junkie. This place does it right every time. I'm never let down by the staff or the products. The goodies in the bakery case are awesome too. The only thing negative I could say about this store would be the restroom. It's a male/female shared space. I hate that! I'm sure they did that for lack of space, but if it's community shared, they need to keep it really clean and, one time I had no paper towels to dry my hands, oh brother, we have all been there!
