Rude staff. Im not sure if I'm just used to being in Houston where nobody says "huh " anytime they can't hear you or don't understand you but I've never had costumer service at a Starbucks this bad. I tipped and I shouldn't have. Also my caramel macchiato looked very different than any other time I've gotten it very blonde overall experience just horrible. Only This Location!! I Love Starbucks but somehow this Bay City location has figured out how to make Starbucks terrible! The service is awful! They are rude! They don't make drinks the way they should and they are slow! I ordered a drink online at 11:28am. Walked in at 11:39 and watched them make drinks for people just walking in for 10 minutes!! Then I watched the girl making drinks. I watched her pour whole milk into my cup after looking at label. I always order almond milk. At 11:46 she put my cup on the counter. She glared at me when I picked up my cup as if my being there bothered her. I highly recommend any other location of Starbucks but Not Bay City. read more

Customers please read!!! This location is KNOWN for its employees allegedly spitting into customer's drinks. There have been tons of employees also being denied of their breaks and overworked! The management at this store and district needs to really fix this place up. It may look nice but gosh the horrors you hear!! Please be wary and avoid if you can. read more

I love this place for many reasons. 1, is because the service is on top for real! 2, the cake pops here are absolutely delicious and look so cute! 3, smells nice and gives a cozy winter vibe but they also do refreshers so it does kind of give it a summer vibe also. read more

We are in from out of town right now and we were all craving a pick me up and Starbucks always makes it how you order it! I went inside and this location was very clean and welcoming when I walked in. I ordered an Under-Tow with French vanilla and 4 Venti Caramel Frappuccino's each with an added espresso shot. Took 20 minutes to get two drinks with nobody inside. I understand drive thru gets priority but 20 minutes is a little ridiculous. They had customers leaving from inside because no one would come to the register. Use the drive thru if coming here! read more

Whenever I've visited this location, I've gotten my order in an acceptable amount of time based on the number of other customers in the store. The servers are nice, and the facility is very clean, which is one of the most important things. To me, if the front of the facility is cared for and clean, behind the counter and in the kitchen area there's no exception. read more

Confirmed that my order was correct verbally after they have gotten it wrong 3 times prior. It's a simple caffe mocha. They told me it had espresso in it after I asked, it in fact did not have the espresso. read more

This Location has not had Splenda for at least a week. The manager could easily go to Walmart and buy a box of Splenda with the store account, but they choose to remain out of stock for an ingredient that everybody asks for. Really lazy. The baristas are friendly though. read more

I ordered a Medicine Ball. But they were out of an ingredient. So instead i ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. When I pulled up to the window. This douche comes to the window with a pumpkin bread. So obviously he misunderstood me. I told him it was a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. What pissed me off was said douche walks off shaking his head. All said douche had to do was make the latte. Barista does not know how to make a chai latte without foam. Made two chai's the exact same way. When I explained how to make it the drink without foam he said "I am not going to have a customer tell me how to do my job." At this Starbucks the customer, apparently, is NOT correct. Wow! Guess he believes he has job security because he works at Starbucks and do not have to actually provide what the customer ordered and then explains. The "new hours" are 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm...this seems like a really bad business plan for a coffee shop. This is not the only store with odd hours. Rarely do I ever need coffee after 10 am. Starbucks will lose 90% of my business as a result. In addition, they have not updated the on line app so you think you can walk in and pick up your drink. Not so. I was just passing through on a 4 hour trip and not wanting to waste time in the drive thru and I get there to find out the lobby is closed and have to get on a ridiculously long line....waiting about 20 minutes. With all this technology, you would think that they could at least set up their customers for success. read more

Despite them closing early, or not opening some days. Their customer service has been nothing but excellent. They always have the sweetest employee working the drive thru. Regardless of all the bad talk, I will continue to support them, only because of their staff and how hard they try. read more

I have supported this business from the first day they opened. There were growing pains but the service and products are good. There is one employee ( black guy and I do not have his name) that has been working the drive through that has overcharged me every time he is working. The overcharges are up to $1, this is not good for business. Every time I call him on it he reduces the price but never down to the right price. read more
