Yet, you get great service while ordering & picking up at the window. It's a good feeling when you can sense a smile behind these friendly Baristas's face masks. This has to be my favorite Starbucks in my area. I mean I was thinking how it would be to justify a review for Starbucks - it's definitely the most superior coffee chain, but I think the reviews should consider service and the ambiance. What I really like about this Starbucks is the two-story layout. It's located in a generally nicer area and the space is wide and spacious. Today, I visited in the afternoon and ordered my go-to drink - an iced shaken espresso with sweet cream instead of the milk and half the classic syrup. I haven't stayed at a Starbucks indoors for a long time in a long time but I completely forgot they also offer free coffee refills! I was able to take advantage of this discount and I am happy to say it was such a great surprise. Not sure where are the rave reviews and 5 stars are coming from but they must be blinded by the space and location because that's about it for this Starbucks. Let me start by saying it is dirty! Food and spills all over the floor and my pet peeve, sticky tables. Really I hate sticky floors and tables. No one is cleaning this place. At 10am on a Wednesday, it should not be that filthy. Next, the service is trash. Really there is no service those individuals behind the counter are nonsense. Just horrible. I'm not expecting 5 stars steakhouse bow tie service, but I need service. There is none here. You might as well hop over the counter and make your own drinks, it would certainly be faster and come as you ordered it versus them slapping together whatever they want. I ordered a simple Caramel Frappuccino and a pumpkin loaf. Why did it take 15 mins to get the loaf? They were not that busy, and I had to be the one to leave my seat and walk to the counter twice to see what's going on. I don't expect these kids working there to care about giving me good service, but if I'm spending $20 on coffee, you better pretend you can give good service. Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. And I've been to Starbucks all over the world. They have plenty of space so that you can stay apart without masks. The staff was very friendly that morning as they've always been. The biscuit and coffee were good so we will definitely go back and use this location again. This is a new Starbucks location, directly off-of Roswell Road, to the right hand side when heading towards highway 285. It is 2-stories, with the upper level being designated as a studying/seating area. This Starbucks location does have a drive through, which is extremely convenient. I've utilized both the drive through and ordered inside and have not encountered any issues so-far. I will say though, that the temperature within the store is generally really cold, as in unbearably freezing. Hope that they reconfigure that setup, but everything else is what would be expected from a Starbucks. read more

Ok. I live in a triangle of Starbucks. Well more than a triangle but I don't go to the ones in Target and Kroger because you can't order ahead. Why not? Who knows. I am rating these against Starbucks as a whole. Not against the world of coffee opportunity. Also, if you are not using the Starbucks app, download it now. It guarantees you a free coffee on your birthday and about every 10 items you get a free one. It also tracks your specific order, you can hit to order the same thing again with your preferences and you can see if the location is out of something you want and who has it. This is my most convenient location but they struggle some. First, why are you always out of matcha? Also on many afternoons they are out of everything sandwich and pastry related. I totally get that we have supply chain issues but the nearby locations have the items so it's not a supply chain issue per se. Otherwise they are quick and cheerful. If I go in the morning the drive thru line is long I will run in and my coffee is waiting for me. read more

This location used to be fantastic. The drinks used to be mixed/made properly. The staff used to be friendly and attentive. Ever since Joseph (from England) left and the crew who worked with him left, this location has gone to total crap. This is 10000% lazy, incompetency of management. Whoever the current "manager" is, is nothing of the kind. Staff is dismissive, rude or just ignores you. Drinks are either weak or entirely too strong. In fact the last drink I ordered came out bitter and upset my stomach. Not sure if it is inconsistency in corporate edict or if it's just based on the mood of the joke of a manager, but the inside seating randomly goes from open to not open every other day. Staff stands around behind counters talking to each other, ignoring customers, management or management team stands off behind shelving talking loudly about things that I can't even imagine are about work. Let's not even address the drive-thru. I'm sure people who were there when I left are still there now, waiting. I actually was waiting in line, inside behind a man who was standing at the register while being ignored, he looked over at me and said "It's been over 5 minutes, they didn't even acknowledge me when I came in." At least 5 "baristas" behind the counter, mere feet away from him, pretending both he and I weren't even there. A group of people wearing aprons and visors was standing behind the merch shelf off to the right, ignoring us as well. He announced as he walked away "That's enough, I'm done." To which the heavy set African American girl tried to respond "What can I get for you?" To which he called out "Nothing, you took far too long!" To which she rolled her eyes and instead of asking me what I would like, she turned around and walked off through the employee door, leaving me standing there waiting. I waited a further 5 minutes, being ignored while the staff walked back and forth looking busy. Meanwhile you could see the drive-thru piling up outside. I will NEVER return to this location. The new "manager" is an absolute joke who is more interested in collecting a paycheck instead of doing their job. The staff is just as at fault for this once great location going to complete ruin. In closing, even though the indoor seating area was closed and pick-ups were the only thing allowed, some how the staff managed to not wipe the counters or empty tables that had crumbs and liquids spilled on them. I give this location less than a year before it too closes due to the lack of competent management. read more

They didn't add caramel to my frappuchino, although I paid for it, they also made a small cup of coffee when I asked for a largest size they have, on top of that, they added regular sugar into an iced coffee, which obv isn't going to ever melt, they have syrop for this kind of coffee, but not for my order, I guess. This a newer Starbucks that is conveniently located on Roswell Road and close to 285. There are two ways to get into the parking lot and plenty of parking. There is also a drive-thru. The staff is friendly and I always get my orders quickly. The inside is nice and clean. There is an upstairs area for studying and downstairs. The upstairs gets a bit chilly in the summer, so bring a jacket. This location seems busy inside most of the time, but it is not too bad. Overall, I like this location. I still stop here anytime I am in the area, which is quite often. read more

The worst Starbucks drive thru ever moved to its new location. They are slow on their best day and miserable on others. Note-when you, or the drive thru customer, has an issue...ask them to pull forward like every other drive thru. I just sat through 3 remakes of some frosted bubble gum BS of a drink...3 minutes per creation. So shame on Starbucks for not asking customer to pull forward (not to mention not getting their order correct), shame on the customer for thinking they are getting a five star experience and holding up the line and finally, shame on me for letting such a small thing bother me and then write a review. This is a new and very nice Starbucks with nice people working at it. However, there are some unique oddities here. To pick up a mobile order you must either pick it up in the drive through (which gets very crowded) or speak to someone and ask for your order when you go inside. It is the only Starbucks I've encountered where the mobile orders are not placed somewhere that's convenient to the customer. And customers' names are not called out as the mobile orders are completed. Strange and inconvenient. This Starbucks has a nice upper floor where electrical outlets are abundant. Perfect for lingerers. However, the air conditioning vents are placed at angles from the ceiling that blow a constant torrent of freezing air directly on customers sitting at tables upstairs. People often move from one seat to another trying to get warm. Otherwise? Nice place. read more

By the time I turned around and got back to Starbucks 30 minutes later my lunch break was almost over so I decided while they were correcting order to get a bagel .
