I finally decided to jump on board with the matcha tea craze - Im very picky about my tea and coffee, typically avoiding Starbucks altogether. The drink itself was very good. And the servers were nice, but oh my word THEY ARE SO SLOW!! Hopefully they will work on this, bc I made a point to visit during off-peak times. Then again, IS there an off-peak for Starbucks? read more

Evan truly makes every visit special! He's always so kind, patient, and attentive when taking my order, and I really appreciate that he spells my name correctly and says it right--those little details matter. The entire team here is just as amazing--everyone is always so pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely happy. It creates such a positive atmosphere every time I come in. This is hands down my favorite Starbucks, and it's all because of the incredible staff. Five stars all the way! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

Whoever designed the drive-through missed the fact that the line extends over the entrance to this shopping center. This causes quite a traffic jam and everyone is honking at everyone! Hadn't been to the shopping center before but it's across from eating places that I wanted to try. However, coffee still great I always get the latte Venti, five Rush sugars, whole milk, and whipped cream on the side! read more

I finally made it inside, and I think this is a great place to sit inside, either downstairs or upstairs, and watch the world go by, or work. Service today was cheerful and stellar. Drinks were made as ordered. No issue with parking, although you have to watch out for cars leaving the drive thru window while you're walking to the entrance of the store. read more

This location is extremely slow. I gave myself a 15min window to stop by before work and had to leave my beverage behind after waiting 20. That's ridiculously long for a drive through, and I placed a mobile order read more

Gentleman working the drivethru in the mornings deserves a raise. Always friendly and efficient

I was passing by and stopped in to see what Starbucks cups they had. To my surprise they had all the new release cups and I snagged the glass pink tumbler. The staff was friendly. I'm still floored they have a two story Starbucks location. Great place to study lots of tables and charging ports. Definitely a hidden gem but the outside drive through lines were long. read more

Starbucks - Inside - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

A new stand alone location that is very busy regardless of the time of day. I've been here early in the morning, mid day & early evenings. Yet, you get great service while ordering & picking up at the window. It's a good feeling when you can sense a smile behind these friendly Baristas's face masks. I applaud their safety precautions in addition to the gloves & masks, as the hands free serving tray is efficient. & no fuss if you opt to add something while you're waiting for your order. If you place a Mobile Order & need to make a change, they welcome a phone call so they have your order prepared correctly. The in/out schematics can be tricky as it's a shared parking lot, the signage & mini stop signs is helpful. read more

Coffee! This is Starbucks, so you know you are going to get great coffee. My normal order is venti dark roast coffee. Very old school. Great service here. Clean inside. Order on the ground floor level or use app. Two levels, we prefer the upstairs for seating. Gets busy here. Super convenient, as close to Roswell road and 285 junction. Located off Roswell road, and be careful as road is very congested here. read more

This has to be my favorite Starbucks in my area. I mean I was thinking how it would be to justify a review for Starbucks - it's definitely the most superior coffee chain, but I think the reviews should consider service and the ambiance. What I really like about this Starbucks is the two-story layout. It's located in a generally nicer area and the space is wide and spacious. Today, I visited in the afternoon and ordered my go-to drink - an iced shaken espresso with sweet cream instead of the milk and half the classic syrup. I haven't stayed at a Starbucks indoors for a long time in a long time but I completely forgot they also offer free coffee refills! I was able to take advantage of this discount and I am happy to say it was such a great surprise. I do have a Starbucks near my house near the mall, but that line is ALWAYS long -- I would come here if I wasn't too lazy. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

I had my most shocking experience with someone who definitely shouldn't have been hired, even to warm up breakfast sandwiches and mix tea. My sandwich dropped out of the bag onto his apron as he approached me to hand me my ham and cheese sandwich. He says "oh it's ok. I'll just grab another bag." Are you out of your mind? The first reflex should be to make a new one, which I had him do. You're not home. You're at work. That makes me suspect of what goes on in the back. Completely shocking and disgusting. read more

The poor reviews for this location are valid. Not sure where are the rave reviews and 5 stars are coming from but they must be blinded by the space and location because that's about it for this Starbucks. Let me start by saying it is dirty! Food and spills all over the floor and my pet peeve, sticky tables. Really I hate sticky floors and tables. No one is cleaning this place. At 10am on a Wednesday, it should not be that filthy. Next, the service is trash. Really there is no service those individuals behind the counter are nonsense. Just horrible. I'm not expecting 5 stars steakhouse bow tie service, but I need service. There is none here. You might as well hop over the counter and make your own drinks, it would certainly be faster and come as you ordered it versus them slapping together whatever they want. I ordered a simple Caramel Frappuccino and a pumpkin loaf. Why did it take 15 mins to get the loaf? They were not that busy, and I had to be the one to leave my seat and walk to the counter twice to see what's going on. I don't expect these kids working there to care about giving me good service, but if I'm spending $20 on coffee, you better pretend you can give good service. Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. And I've been to Starbucks all over the world. One reviewer said, she drives 2 additional miles past this location out of her way to go to a better location because this one is so trash. Very accurate. I will be doing the same. read more

Um, Yes It's Ok. Ordered a tall Mocha Cookie Crumble. It got much better when I was able to finally taste the milk. It was super thick at first. I will say this place is really nice inside and super clean. Staff was really friendly too. I'll come back to this location but will definitely order a different beverage. read more

I like this location. Never had an issue with wait times or inconsistent drinks. Drive through is efficient though entering can be confusing. They haven't had terribly long lines when I've come so that's a plus! read more

Once again, I usually don't do reviews of chains but this particular Starbucks is probably one of the nicest inside that I've ever walked into. They have plenty of space so that you can stay apart without masks. The staff was very friendly that morning as they've always been. The biscuit and coffee were good so we will definitely go back and use this location again. Many Starbucks are short and curt with their customers but we find this one to be quite pleasant. read more

I drive 2 miles to avoid this location - on multiple occasions they 'forgot' to add espresso shot to my cappuccino- gave a large cup of heated milk with froth on the top. After tossing my twentieth cup of cappuccino from this location, and no time to rejoin the line, I am committed to never trying again in spite of this location being walking distance to my house. This Starbucks is brand new, dual leveled and located right off of 285. Only open about a month now, this place stays packed, both upstairs and down. The staff are friendly and helpful. Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

This is a new Starbucks location, directly off-of Roswell Road, to the right hand side when heading towards highway 285. It is 2-stories, with the upper level being designated as a studying/seating area. This Starbucks location does have a drive through, which is extremely convenient. I've utilized both the drive through and ordered inside and have not encountered any issues so-far. I will say though, that the temperature within the store is generally really cold, as in unbearably freezing. Hope that they reconfigure that setup, but everything else is what would be expected from a Starbucks. read more

Ok. I live in a triangle of Starbucks. Well more than a triangle but I don't go to the ones in Target and Kroger because you can't order ahead. Why not? Who knows. I am rating these against Starbucks as a whole. Not against the world of coffee opportunity. Also, if you are not using the Starbucks app, download it now. It guarantees you a free coffee on your birthday and about every 10 items you get a free one. It also tracks your specific order, you can hit to order the same thing again with your preferences and you can see if the location is out of something you want and who has it. This is my most convenient location but they struggle some. First, why are you always out of matcha? Also on many afternoons they are out of everything sandwich and pastry related. I totally get that we have supply chain issues but the nearby locations have the items so it's not a supply chain issue per se. Otherwise they are quick and cheerful. If I go in the morning the drive thru line is long I will run in and my coffee is waiting for me. read more

Starbucks - Grande Iced Guava white tea with one pump of classic syrup - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

They were so behind that after 25 mins of waiting for a black iced coffee, I left. It's not the Barista's fault. I don't understand why management never staffs this Starbucks appropriately. I felt horrible for the staff. They had like 30 people in the lobby staring this poor woman down read more

I sat down at a table and began eating my breakfast. An employee walked over and told a friend and me that it wasn't open for customers (rudely I may add) - there was no sign indicating that! To see me sit down and start eating was a shock to me. There was no more available seating. Walked to my car and ate in my car. To top it off- they made my drink incorrectly! Great job guys, great job. read more

4/14/19 12:45 p.m window staff. Seeing the reviews of this Starbucks deplete with stars is understandable after our rude experience with the barista at the window. The service is awful! It shouldn't take 10 mins to order a drink. Customers are holding up like the line and making people late for work. Get it together!!! read more

This location used to be fantastic. The drinks used to be mixed/made properly. The staff used to be friendly and attentive. Ever since Joseph (from England) left and the crew who worked with him left, this location has gone to total crap. This is 10000% lazy, incompetency of management. Whoever the current "manager" is, is nothing of the kind. Staff is dismissive, rude or just ignores you. Drinks are either weak or entirely too strong. In fact the last drink I ordered came out bitter and upset my stomach. Not sure if it is inconsistency in corporate edict or if it's just based on the mood of the joke of a manager, but the inside seating randomly goes from open to not open every other day. Staff stands around behind counters talking to each other, ignoring customers, management or management team stands off behind shelving talking loudly about things that I can't even imagine are about work. Let's not even address the drive-thru. I'm sure people who were there when I left are still there now, waiting. I actually was waiting in line, inside behind a man who was standing at the register while being ignored, he looked over at me and said "It's been over 5 minutes, they didn't even acknowledge me when I came in." At least 5 "baristas" behind the counter, mere feet away from him, pretending both he and I weren't even there. A group of people wearing aprons and visors was standing behind the merch shelf off to the right, ignoring us as well. He announced as he walked away "That's enough, I'm done." To which the heavy set African American girl tried to respond "What can I get for you?" To which he called out "Nothing, you took far too long!" To which she rolled her eyes and instead of asking me what I would like, she turned around and walked off through the employee door, leaving me standing there waiting. I waited a further 5 minutes, being ignored while the staff walked back and forth looking busy. Meanwhile you could see the drive-thru piling up outside. I will NEVER return to this location. The new "manager" is an absolute joke who is more interested in collecting a paycheck instead of doing their job. The staff is just as at fault for this once great location going to complete ruin. In closing, even though the indoor seating area was closed and pick-ups were the only thing allowed, some how the staff managed to not wipe the counters or empty tables that had crumbs and liquids spilled on them. I give this location less than a year before it too closes due to the lack of competent management. read more

The worst experience ever at Starbucks here. I hope they still care about service at other locations, because I love Starbucks I wouldn't want to switch to another place, but if this keeps happening I will. They didn't add caramel to my frappuchino, although I paid for it, they also made a small cup of coffee when I asked for a largest size they have, on top of that, they added regular sugar into an iced coffee, which obv isn't going to ever melt, they have syrop for this kind of coffee, but not for my order, I guess. And the cherry on top, the red headed woman was extremely rude to me when giving me my order. Can it get any worse? I don't think so. read more

I literally waited THIRTY minutes for my nitro cold brew. Unacceptable, Starbucks. Do better.

This a newer Starbucks that is conveniently located on Roswell Road and close to 285. There are two ways to get into the parking lot and plenty of parking. There is also a drive-thru. The staff is friendly and I always get my orders quickly. The inside is nice and clean. There is an upstairs area for studying and downstairs. The upstairs gets a bit chilly in the summer, so bring a jacket. This location seems busy inside most of the time, but it is not too bad. Overall, I like this location. I still stop here anytime I am in the area, which is quite often. read more

Truly not one good thing to say about this location. It blows my mind something hasn't been done. Worst Starbucks ever! Online order is to convenience the guest. Might as well order in store because every time I stop by this specific location I have to flag someone down for my additional missing items! Bad customer service especially this AM! First off employee forgets by breakfast item, has me waiting at window and doesn't even give me napkins, a knife for my bagel, etc... I don't have time to do someone's job. Get it together Starbucks. These items are not a $1 to be receiving similar McDonalds customer service. read more

I always get great service at this location. Love the bagels and friendly people. It's small but convenient. Clean.

The worst Starbucks drive thru ever moved to its new location. They are slow on their best day and miserable on others. Note-when you, or the drive thru customer, has an issue...ask them to pull forward like every other drive thru. I just sat through 3 remakes of some frosted bubble gum BS of a drink...3 minutes per creation. So shame on Starbucks for not asking customer to pull forward (not to mention not getting their order correct), shame on the customer for thinking they are getting a five star experience and holding up the line and finally, shame on me for letting such a small thing bother me and then write a review. I thought drive thru was for the quick hit order but I am always surprised at how many items are handed from car to window. Back to my first thought...this Starbucks is terrible. read more

This is a new and very nice Starbucks with nice people working at it. However, there are some unique oddities here. To pick up a mobile order you must either pick it up in the drive through (which gets very crowded) or speak to someone and ask for your order when you go inside. It is the only Starbucks I've encountered where the mobile orders are not placed somewhere that's convenient to the customer. And customers' names are not called out as the mobile orders are completed. Strange and inconvenient. This Starbucks has a nice upper floor where electrical outlets are abundant. Perfect for lingerers. However, the air conditioning vents are placed at angles from the ceiling that blow a constant torrent of freezing air directly on customers sitting at tables upstairs. People often move from one seat to another trying to get warm. Otherwise? Nice place. read more
