Holy shit. I am pretty sure they staffed this location with cognitively stunted sloths. 20+ minutes in the drive through and there were still 2 cars in front of ours. There's a median blocking you in the drive thru lane. We were on a schedule (the reason you go to a drive thru in the first place lmfao) and couldn't be late and thankfully the 2 people ahead of us agreed to let us through. Ordered 2 regular black coffees at 7:15am on a Monday morning. Paid by card and added the obligatory 20% tip that comes up automatically..Little did I know that the coffee wasn't even brewed yet, but there was no explanation or apology. Annual Christmas pilgrimage to Nowhereville, Log #2: Starbucks claimed this Yelp Page but you can't order from the Starbucks app, they don't accept the Gold/loyalty cards and you can't use your free drink rewards here. Yeah I know it is a licensed location. But the way the structure is set up, it almost kind of feels like a mall food court or food hall and you kind of get the feeling you're in an official Starbucks. But you're not. Alas. Meh. That is how I feel about this location. I love me some Starbucks and I love going to new locations. Kind of like a challenge of sorts I guess. I also love helping other Starbuckians (that is what I call Starbucks lovers like me) find good locations with helpful staff and a good selection of yummy's. So, this location is at a travel plaza. I really wasn't expecting too much and I was certainly right. The inside of this location isn't tiny. In fact, I was shocked at just how large it was. Although, there definitely could be more seating. Lacking in the yummy's department too. Not many snacks and definitely operating on a more limited prepared food menu (which is typical for locations like this.) Also, you cannot redeem free drinks at this location. You can use your app to pay, and you will get stars for your purchase however. Starbuck's really needs to fix this problem. If they have the ability to connect and let me pay and earn stars, they have the ability to let me use my free drinks! The staff here was relatively friendly (although our cashier needed a hug....or a shot of tequila.) And they couldn't spell very well..... I do not know how you can misspell Raymond, but it was done. My drink was correct (Trenta iced coffee with soy, no sweetener) and it didn't take but a few moments. This place was pretty clean, but could use a few minutes of extra love. always makes their cold foam very good. but i had to wait at the window for 15 minutes for a iced water at the window? they are very slow. i can be the only car in line and be waiting for 30 minutes. the women also didn't know how to give me a refund after she told me they had lemon loafs. then didn't. so she offered me 2 other kinds of loafs. and ended up being out of those also. i am very dissatisfied in the service. read more

On my way back to Cincinnati from Youngstown on 71S, I was craving Starbucks - kinda my daily fix. I stopped in. It was easily accessible and was the first door I walked in (as it's located in a mini-mart). Beware - they do not accept or take rewards. So that was annoying. Starbucks is a Starbucks - TAKE THE REWARDS. I ordered a Dragon Drink - Every Starbucks I go to know that it's the Mango Dragonfruit refreshed mixed with coconut milk. After waiting almost 15 minutes for my drink (three workers and four other patrons), I was served the wrong drink. I didn't have time, but I told her it was wrong anyways, and I'd waited long enough and need to continue my drive home. Sipping my incorrect drink, it was weaker than me at the gym. Doesnt take your free coffee rewards. This is ridiculous that a company the size of starbucks is organized like this. After you spend over $60 to accumulate the stars for a free coffee there is then no way to tell which locations will take it!! You really should do better than this location. None of the prices for their pastries were correct. None of the prices for muffins or bagels were even close to correct. The cashier said none of the prices are right. How do you find out how much food items cost? The cashier has to ring up the item first to get a price. Many of the prices were off by a $1 or more. The operation should be reported to the Ohio Attorney General's office for Consumer Affairs. They are over-charging people who don't realize the prices displayed are incorrect. They didn't tell us anything, until we checked the receipt and noticed the discrepancy. We will never go back to this location. read more

Not that I have anything against teenagers working, but they have such terrible attitudes. Most of them never have a smile, and you can tell they are so pissed all the time because they have a long line. If you apply for a job there, I would assume you know that it's a popular place? Anyway, my favorite item use to be the Trenta Valencia Orange Refresher with extra orange slices and light ice, but they do not sell it anymore. My new favorite is a Trenta Teavana Passion Fruit Iced Tea Lemonade. It's absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend it even if you prefer coffee from Starbucks. I'm not a big fan of their coffee, I drink Nespresso coffee products. Another negative thing is my best friend always gets the White Chocolate Iced Coffee, and it taste different EVERY single time, and she constantly has to go up to the Barista and ask them to add something, or fix it. No matter where I travel. Starbucks is consistent with their product. Stopped for a cup of coffee at this location and to meet friends while traveling out of town. This store is attached to a rest stop with Gasoline and a Taco Bell and a store and a fudge shop..... You could probably get stranded in the snow here and feel quite comfy. I love Starbucks any time of day and have rarely had a bad cup. The coffee here is awesome, the atmosphere ... meh. But this is a great quick, friendly little Starbucks. The down side - because it's in a gas station, just off the highway it is always noise and always crowded. People are in and out constantly. The server was annoying and seemed more irritated than helpful or wanting to serve. Also, we asked to use our 2 free rewards but he was rather rude about the fact that we could not use our free rewards at this establishment. I understand and don't have a problem with that, as Starbucks has been all over the place with their policy about whether we can collect, use or participate in their loyalty card program. We enjoy their coffee, so most times, we are just happy to find a Starbucks on the road side stop or rest centers. So it would be truly nice if the baristas were with a little less attitude! Love Starbucks overall but had two incident in matter of a few days. Stop by this store on the way to Buffalo and our coffee drinks only came half full. We request them to add more and the employee was surprised how low it really was. Quick fix and happy. This Starbucks is a nice find in this part of Ohio. I always stop here on road trips. It's less than a mile off of 71, and there's a very nice gas stain/rest stop connected to the shop. Pretty much your typical Starbucks, the product is consistent, the service is fast, and there's seating and wi-fi.
