I love Starbucks! The only reason I am giving 3 and not 5 stars, is because I am all about sugar free syrup. When the only one you have is vanilla it makes for a boring coffee and not a lot of options for some of us. Can't they just bring back a couple of sugar free ones? Service is always great. I really don't know how they are so peppy in the mornings, but it makes me feel better about my day after being served by them. read more

Super nice Star Bucks customer service from Jenn. We went through the drive through to order and was immediately surprised by the friendly customer service. She greeted us very politely and professionally took our order in a positive tone of voice. During our pickup and payment, she transacted with a big smile and short friendly conversation. It made for a welcoming experience which would make me want to come back. Most other Star Bucks I visit just want you in and out nonchalantly. The drink was great. After a night in the Marriott down the way, which unfortunately included a shower with hairs in it, this Starbucks was a pleasant contrast. The drive thru experience was friendly, efficient, clean, and included several thoughtful covid-19 adjustments to be essentially touch-free. We scanned our own credit card, which was one of several changes that reduced the risk to the extremely pleasant young woman who gave us our food and drink and to us. Location is not super hard to get to. 2 things I noticed: prices could be cheaper but that's what you get when you by a mixed coffee drink and they have usually been out of the breakfast sandwich I tried to order. Excellent choices in coffee and the smell of coffee is amazing. Tried the iced pumpkin spice latte and really enjoyed it a lot. Excellent environment and customer service while answering my questions that I had. Helped me out with the Starbucks app with some more question that I had. I like how they have reusable coffee cups to use instead of wasting the plastic/paper products that's good for a one time use and sit in the landfill for years to come. Second time in a row I've spent 20 minutes in this locations drive thru line - behind only 1-2 other cars. And both times, they remembered to charge for our entire order just fine, but then deliver only part of our order before having to ask what else we had. "That'll be $9, here's one tall coffee, did you have anything else??" Um...yeah. I was excited about this location when it opened near our house, for the occasional coffee treat, but I've had far more negative exp than positive so am finally leaving a review. On this occasion, after watching them prep the drinks through the drive through window as messily as possible, I'm turned off from going here again. Disappointing. read more

I used to go almost everyday to the point to the point the baristas remembered me and my order. I always loved that. I don't go as much now but some of them still know who I am. No matter who it is taking my order they're always friendly, my drinks are always great. The store is always clean and has a great atmosphere.
