He sent me to Nashville to be tested. I tested that it wasn't. I went back to him. He googled my symptoms on his laptop again. He told me that he had put steroid into my wrist the last visit. That is untrue. He verified with me at the time that it was only saline. Did he bill our insurance more? It is now August of 2024. I've called numerous times asking for a referral for a MRI. I have been going from severe arm pain to numbness all the way down to my fingers every day for FOUR months. He refused to give me a referral. His office staff just tells me come back and let him talk to you so more. Let's bill your insurance some more? I do not recommend this doctor. If his laptop can't give him the magic answer he is oh well. Don't forget to pay on your way out. He does not care about the patients. He deserves zero stars.

I have been going here for 8 years. Every year the pcp's…read morehave been misleading and a bunch of misunderstanding. I had fluid in my ears. I was asked to come back in a week to be rechecked. So I called but Paula wasn't in for my follow up visit. But I was seen by Donna. On April 22,2025 I had a follow up on blood work and medications with Paula. I had booked a 30 minute visit with her because I have a lot going on. She told me that she was only to take care of 3 problems nit 10. She told me Dr.Jenkins and Dr.Jordan only allows patients 15 minutes. But you sit there for over 1 hour past your appointment and someone tells you this. It was very upsetting Not really sure if I want to try another pcp from here. Dana Paula are the providers I've seen.
