I am writing this review to document a very serious and painful experience that occurred during my recent visit. I went in for a nail service last week, and the technician removed my acrylic nails by forcibly prying them off instead of properly soaking them, which is the safe and standard removal method. I repeatedly stated that I was in pain during the process, but the technician continued to pry the acrylic off, causing significant damage to my natural nails and nail beds. Before this appointment, my natural nails were healthy and undamaged. Since this service, I have experienced ongoing pain, tenderness, and now signs of infection around the nail area. This was not only extremely painful but also negligent, as improper removal of acrylic nails can cause trauma, open wounds, and infection. I am documenting this review because this situation should not happen to any client. Proper removal procedures exist to prevent exactly this type of injury. Due to the damage, pain, and now medical concerns resulting from this service, I am considering further action regarding this matter. I strongly advise future clients to be cautious and ensure proper removal methods are used to avoid the damage and injury that I experienced. read more

I've been to this place several times and keep giving them another chance but I'm never very happy. It always feels rushed (they put you in the pedicure chair and start working on your feet when the water is still running, you don't get to soak or relax). I've had some issues with communication, the work being a little messy, etc. Went back yesterday because they were the only nail salon open at that time on a Sunday. Asked for a mani/pedi, they sent me to the station for a mani first. I questioned if they heard me ask for a mani/pedi, since usually they do the pedi first. They acted like it was strange I would question it, so I went to the manicure station. The lady didn't even sit down, she was so rushed she stood up through the 5 minute "manicure." Asked me what color I wanted without ever showing me any colors. I got gel polish, she did not use any cuticle oil, didn't ask me about shaping my nails, no lotion, no nothing. I didn't have polish on when I came in and basically all she did was polish my nails, not a manicure. I had polish dried on my skin around my fingernails and sat there picking at it, she watched me but did not offer to clean it up. She told me I was done and I had to remind her I wanted a pedicure. A younger guy sent me to a pedicure station but told me to wash my hands first, I have no clue why since my hands were done. I sat at the pedicure chair for over 10 minutes and no one even ran my water or said anything to me. When the woman finally came over I told them I'd rather just have a polish change instead of a pedicure (I didnt want to pay for a rushed pedicure). She couldn't understand me so I had to yell across the shop to the younger guy again. They then bring the light over like they are going to do gel polish, I told them I only wanted regular polish so they told me the color on my nails did not come in regular. I asked what came in regular and they handed me the gel color choices. I again questioned where the regular colors were and they told me "solid colors only" so I just said to paint them white. The lady got the white polish and light. I again had to explain I wanted regular. When I went to pay I was going to tell them I should only have to pay for a polish change instead of a manicure, but they must have already known they didn't do what I asked because they only charge for a polish change. I pointed out I asked for a manicure but only got a polish change, and asked him to repeat the total. He pointed at the board and told me to look at the prices. I won't go back. read more

The shop does okay work but that young girl that does nails (it's only two ppl who handles full sets) is horrible!!! she almost always has a bad attitude, when you tell her what you want on your nails her attitude gets worse ... the worst part is she starts speaking in a different language after getting an attitude with you so you know she's talking about you b/c other nail techs start staring at you.. oddly enough she always available to do your nails( I prefer the other tech). after the bad service , she has an even bigger attitude when you don't leave a tip.... my price is always different, I wouldn't doubt that if you piss her off she over charges...her service is horrible, everybody else is okay... read more

Great service. They serviced my 4 year old daughter and her nails were cute. My full in is okay. They could've used the powder more evenly .. it wasn't rushed however it wasn't sleek enough for me. I'm used to my powder being extremely flat. I see unevenness on the lay down. And it wasn't cheap. read more

I usually come to this nail place when I'm gone away from home but I probably won't be returning after the way I was treated today about how half polished my toes were.He half polished them with the regular polish then half polished them with the top coat.I nicely ask could someone repolish my toes but the girl that's in there gave me a nasty attitude after she didn't comprehend what I was trying to tell her.He never sprayed my toes with any alcohol and I was trying to tell her that my toe nail was ashy because of him not doing so but she thought I was saying my actual feet was ashy which I was not saying.All I'm saying is it's not good to argue with customers about something when they never was trying to argue with you. read more

First I want to say I am not a Karen and have never experienced that amount of rudeness I received when I went there yesterday for my V-Day nails. I showed her what I wanted and she said she could do them so I was like great but when she started gluing the tips on and cut them i said they were to short.. she ignores me and starts applying the acrylic. she walks away for a minute and i ask the other man there if she could make them longer he said no so i said but this is not what i want he then proceeds to tell her something and she walks up reaches for my hands and just starts cutting them off and said you can leave, YALL I CRIED IN THE CAR ALL THE WAY TO THE NEXT NAIL SALON read more

Unsanitary conditions! Staff member walking around with no shoes on. Restroom had no toilet paper, hand wash, and paper towel dispenser was not operating. Told by staff, no hand wash kept in bathroom due to customers stealing it. Must wash hands AFTER leaving restroom in front sink! Yuck! Very disappointed in customer service and environment. Staff also gives very bad attitude vibes - unfriendly. read more
