They did a great job on both, Joe gave me a Pedi and Steven did the Mani; both were great to work with. I showed Steven a photo of how I wanted my nails and he did a great job! Joe gave me a great Pedi too! I was a walk-in and thank goodness, I didn't have to wait, they got me right in and out within about 2 hours; due to me having to soak my tips off. I want to start off by saying we did not have an appointment, so that definitely could have…read moreaffected the experience. My wife and I went here and asked if they had openings for 2 pedicures. The place was fairly busy, but there were a few workers not doing anything, so when they asked us both to sit down and filled up the 2 tubs I just figured the people standing around would be helping us. One gentleman started on my wife's pedicure, but I just ended up sitting there. After about 20 or more minutes, the water in the tub had become cool at this point, we asked if someone was going to help me. It's then that we were told that some of the other workers sitting around didn't do pedicures and I'd be waiting till someone finished another patron and could start me. After sitting for that long, the water going cool, no one explaining the situation up to that point and the fact that I didn't want to be started at the same time the wife was finishing so she could wait around, I decided to just leave. It would have been much better to just tell us what the situation was at the start, instead of making it seem like they had time and making me sit around for that long.
