This was also his first massage. My partner said his therapist almost tickled his feet. I've had many massages from lots of different places. I have sciatica and a posterior tilt. Elena did an amazing job focusing on these areas and relieving the pain and tension that my issues were causing. She did trigger point / deep tissue for my problem areas. Environment / Ambiance - 5/5 Their space is very welcoming, modern, and relaxing. We arrived about 15 minutes early and the doors were locked (out for lunch.) we was able to call and they unlocked the doors remotely for us. Restrooms - They were clean and had no issues. Sensory Perfect, not to much visual stimuli and lighting was not too dim. Noise Level sounds and level was great. LGBTQ+ Rating 2/5 My usual - there were not signage / marketing / or safe place stickers at this location. However we didn't experience any harassment, discrimination, or hate. The Yelp check in offer ($109 for 60 minutes couples massage) was not honored. I was told that offer was from a long time ago. I didn't get it. If you like strong massages, this is your place. I was also constantly cold, they only have a very thin white sheet on the beds, and bed doesn't get warm. When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. She had me redeem my voucher in front of her, then tried to argue with me bc it didn't say "redeemed" across the barcode, even tho it said it RIGHT UNDER the barcode. So now, after driving two hours and standing there arguing for 30 minutes, we get to drive all the way back and try to get our money back. Stay far far far far far away.
