When I show up, they claimed they just sold the bottle 30 minutes earlier and they don't see my order even though the owner stated that he saw my order in the morning and was the one who confirmed it in the first place. A number of questionable things happening here. 1. Why was the bottle not set aside when you confirmed it? 2. If I can log into your website and see my order but you can't, that means you're either extremely unknowledgeable about your own system or you're just lying. 3. I was charged on my card which, because they were "unable to see my order", they couldn't refund me. Yet the second I left the store, they found my order because it was cancelled. Now, this was a highly sought after bottle that was priced above MSRP but not wildly high like most other products in this store. So, my suspicion is that the owner felt he wasn't getting enough for it and decided to make up a story with way too many holes in it to make any sort of sense. So I spent 45 minutes in traffic each way for absolutely nothing plus the added time to tell you not to shop at this store because it's overpriced and the staff is horrible.

First off, a gift box, with a bottle of Taittinger Champagne and nice 2 glasses for $50. And a box set of 6 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon by the famous wine label 'Chateau Lafite Rothschild' for $100. I'm no wine sommelier, and I prefer white wine anyway, but I thought 6 bottles from a world famous wine label for $100 sounds like a steal to me..And it comes in a nice wooden box! And of course, Michelle knows how much I enjoy my whiskey, both blended and single malt, so she introduced me to Monkey Shoulder, which is a blend of 3 single malts: Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie. I bought a bottle and cracked it open that night..lol Very smooth finish, and sweet with a hint of vanilla. If you're a whiskey drinker like myself, for $32, get yourself a bottle of Monkey Shoulder! Stopped in today for hostess gifts and celebratory liquor. I am excited to try my new finds: Organic and Vegan - Gruner Veltliner Terrassen - Product of Austria. Their version of Riesling. Also picked up The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whiskey: intensely smooth and balanced I'm told (says the label). And the High Noon brand Grapefruit Hard Seltzer.
