They offer both drive-up and dine-in, and we decided to eat inside. The cashier was incredibly friendly--she handed us menus, pointed out the specials, answered our questions, and took our order with a smile. I went with the 7-vegetable korma special and swapped the naan for papadum (GF). The korma was flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and it even included some paneer... yum! My partner ordered the chicken biryani with papadum and really enjoyed his meal as well. Overall, a great find on our road trip. We'd definitely stop by again the next time we're in Amarillo.

Flavor overall was great. The naan was perfectly cooked. Now as for the steak, the quality was disappointing. The first bite I had a very hard piece that was inedible. You know, it happens. A few bites later another inedible piece, but wasn't as hard this time at least. Not a big deal, a couple pieces does happen, but turned out to be 3-4 pieces were inedible and I had to spit them out. Most of the edible pieces were a little chewy and possibly overcooked. Other than the steak, overall was pretty good.
