The waiting room can get a little crowded but there's still always somewhere to sit, lots of water, magazines, etc. There's also a separate room for parents with children that has a variety of toys and books, which is awesome if you're a grumpy, sick adult who hates the sound of fun and laughter. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and have managed to book all of my appointments without any hiccups or scheduling problems. The only downside here is that they don't do bulk billing (so far as I'm aware). They's plenty of parking at the back of the practice, which you can turn into from Inkerman street. In the car park you'll also find a back entrance with a wheelchair accessible ramp. Professional, clean, kind, and friendly. I would recommend any of the doctors here to anyone.

I had a counselling session with one of the psychologists at My Clinic, Prahan. The psychologist…read morewas pleasant enough but not particularly attentive or empathetic. He seemed to care more about the money and more appointments than helping his patient. The cancellation fee was too high for me at $140. When I asked him where I could claim it back, the psychologist said I could do it via Medicare, but apparently, I couldn't. He might be either dishonest or not knowledgeable in this matter. I would not recommend this particular psychologist and the clinic to others.
