I saw Dr Kyriaki Rafalia today, who instead of waiting for my medical history to be transferred, made an assumption about me within 5 minutes and refused to assist me. I had a counselling session with one of the psychologists at My Clinic, Prahan. The psychologist was pleasant enough but not particularly attentive or empathetic. He seemed to care more about the money and more appointments than helping his patient. The cancellation fee was too high for me at $140. When I asked him where I could claim it back, the psychologist said I could do it via Medicare, but apparently, I couldn't. He might be either dishonest or not knowledgeable in this matter. I would not recommend this particular psychologist and the clinic to others. read more

This clinic is great. It's a bulk billing clinic which these days is a rarity. They have many doctors available including male and female. They have excellent hours. During the week they are open late, this is excellent for those who prefer to work their appointments around their jobs. The clinic also performs a wide range of procedures such as skin checks and Pap smears. read more

They bill themselves as a bulk bill clinic, but they only bulk bill for people with Medicare. They charge a much higher fee to people without Medicare, but they do not specify this at all either when booking the appointment, or when attending the appointment.
