Admiral Steamer has the worst customer service for any business I've ever encountered. I scheduled…read morean appointment with them and they failed to show up, wasting two hours of my time. I tried to contact them to determine why they didn't arrive, the owner never answered the phone or returned any of my calls. When I finally got a hold of them two days later and rescheduled the appointment, they failed to show up for a second time! And once again, they would not return my calls or provide any reason for their failure to keep the appointment. Admiral Steamer is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Do NOT hire them for any reason!

Long story short THANK YOU ADMIRAL! i work nights, my wife called to inform me our home was being…read moreflooded due to the hot water line. I didn't know what to do, but google flood clean up companies, and man i lucked up and got the right ones. I was worried to death after i called, but returned home @ 8-8:15 a.m to my home. Now, i called them at i think 12-2 at night. All my bologings, tv to clothes had been put up nicely in a box truck- due to they could not get a pod like my insurance company requested. All my stuff was 110 percent protected and locked up. The four rooms water either fully affected or entered, they had taken up the carpet pad and all that. Worried when i saw this, but got a call from them as they told my wife they would between 9-930a.m. The two men told me they would be out to my home to check the rest of my home and explain why they took my carpet and all out! I learned a lot when they arrived and my ins. adj said they were doing things by the book. All and all this experience was a good besides listening to the equipment which was left to dry out my home for 2 an 1/2 days! Thanks Admiral i pray this doesn't happen again to me now anyone i know, if so i won't panic and let you guys take care of it! SERVICE 100
