Unfortunately as a business owner who orders supplies from around the globe, we are slave to the same day some day delivery services of Star Delivery. UPS uses Star Delivery as a sub contract and I wish they would stop. Our time sensitive packages are always late, sometimes lost for more than a week and now not even delivered to our place of business. We have to arrange to get our packages to other businesses now since they won't go down our road without explanation. I wish they would notify UPS that they don't deliver to certain areas depending on the driver, weather, mood!? Still waiting for them to call back regarding our lost package. read more

I have been using Star Delivery for the past 10 years. I have never had anything other then excellent service from this company, I have a 4 star hotel/restaurant in a remote location on the Cabot Trail and Star Delivery has always been there for us. I have NEVER missed a delivery, whether it is fresh fish for the dinner menu or supplies for my hotel. I also use Star for deliveries for my horse during the winter and the staff at Star will make sure I get my most essential deliveries. read more

Package was on truck out for delivery on Wednesday May 30. They called June 1 (two days later) to setup a different delivery location which we agreed to. It never got delivered on June 1. I called on Friday at the end of the day and they were going to check and call back in a few minutes. Never got called back. It is now Monday June 4 and the package has not been delivered. My wife called and they were to call back but didn't. She called back and they still have not told us where our package is. We have now called UPS and talked to a supervisor as UPS contracts out deliveries in Cape Breton. This is an ongoing issue with Star Delivery in Cape Breton. read more
