If you are on a cruise ship without laundry services... Find…read moreVogue Cleaners fast! When we arrived in Sydney we had been sailing from Iceland, and were about half way to our final destination. There were no DIY laundry facilities on our ship. Using the ship's laundry services would have required putting a second mortgage on our home so we decided to try and find a "fluff and fold"laundry service in Sydney that could have our clothes cleaned, dry and folded by the time we left port that afternoon. We called Vogue the morning we got in and they said to bring our stinky clothes on in. Within hours we got a call they were done and the price was so reasonable we tipped double. As usual (we've been here three times), the folks from Cape Breton were amazing! Save your room attendant from seeing your sink-washed undies strewn across your room to dry -- use Vogue Cleaners -- you will be elated you did!

After dealing with a gentleman from TELUS (Andre) I realized how long it had been since I had an issue with any business where I truly felt listened to and understood It has been a very long time. I understand that today there are Scripts that people must follow when they're working for any business and I understand that but this gentleman was different . I knew within five minutes that he was really listening to my problem and he was explaining the situation to me as well as taking the time to find out the answers he wasn't sure of from his superior. The issue itself doesn't matter but what shocked me was after about ten minutes I realized Weather it went my way or not I completely trusted this man did all he could and I would accept graciously. Our world needs people like this young man TELUS I don't know if you have a Human Resources Department But this gentleman should be in charge of that department We tend to write more complaints then complements so I wanted to take the time to share this compliment and I hope all in charge at TELUS realize what they have in this young man and give him a promotion or a raise or both . Again HR is where he belongs Thank You Andre This was not the TELUS Store but a service centre and not Telus but the worker Andre I am complimenting Jeannie Stone
