Showed our priority card & boarding pass then were told that the lounge was full. We were shown where to scan using what's app @ filled out the form with our name flight # and number of visitors. We were told that we would get a text message when there is room for us but there are 59 people ahead of us. Two hours later we were able to get into the lounge, unfortunately, we could only spend 10 minutes because our flight was now boarding. It was a nice lounge with a large selection of Argentinian wines, lots of plugs to charge up our phones and a nice selection of hot and cold entrées, including empanadas.

Nice lounge, smaller than others, but good enough to hang out. Some chairs/ couches are over-worn and should be fixed. Good wine, simple food. Nice place to put your feet up and relax before your long flight. No showers. Limited food choices. No bartender- you kid your own drink.

I want to be fair but after standing in the security line, passport control for 1 1/2, I was looking forward to relaxing and cooling off. It was not to be. You could not feel any ac. It is a very small lounge, very crowded and close. The food choices are eclectic, I would not serve a lot of hot food and stews in this environment, but thats my petsonal preference. They have decent Argentinian wines, some hard liquor but very little ice. I guess I could put up with anything if it was cooler.

Nice lounge to relax and grab a drink in before your flight. The bathrooms were clean, food options were decent and for the large size, it was fairly quiet and comfortable. I found a dimly lit spot to relax and have a Stella while catching up on emails before I needed to head out. This Airport is quite bright and loud in my opinion, so the lounge is a great little respite.

    Lounge chairs

All Cloth chairs were dirty. Some of the coffee cups were not well cleaned. Snacks were good.

This is one of the nicer international lounges that I've visited. They have multiple seating areas and options, is impeccably clean, numerous charging stations, and a nice array of food options. Definitely one of the more relaxing lounges to wait for the 11 1/2 hour flight home.

All in all, a decent lounge at the Buenos Aires airport. This lounge is next to Gate 23 in…read more"Terminal C", after getting through security and immigration checkpoints. I put "Terminal C" in quotes because terminals A, B, and C are all seamlessly connected, with 23 gates total between them. So if you're at Gate 1 in "Terminal A", you can walk 10-15 minutes to Gate 23. At the time of this writing, you can gain entry via Priority Pass and some sort of local American Express black card. There are American Express logos everywhere, so there's definitely a partnership here, but it's not officially a Centurion Lounge (that's about 7 gates down from this lounge, but it wasn't open when I was there, due to my absurdly early flight). Aside from providing a toaster oven for the sliced bread and an espresso machine, it's all cold foods when I was there, but it was 5am, and there was a menu posted with 3 hot dishes for probably later in the day. That said, it's still moderately upscale, with a nice quinoa salad, pickled eggplant, tomato+mozzarella salad, charcuterie, 5+ types of whole fruit, trail mix, a bowl of peanuts, you get the idea... It may not be a hearty meal, but you can still construct a meal out of it. It good enough to be the little sister of a Centurion Lounge and befits the Amex brand. Wifi was moderately fast and generally reliable for the couple of hours I was there. I also like that the lounge is open 24/7. There's a beautiful children's play area that I found rather lovely. It was a nice touch. It was also enclosed on all sides, a subtle touch, but that means kids can scream behind a sound barrier, lol. I didn't see a staffed bar, and I'm not much of an alcohol drinker, so I forgot to inspect what wine/beer options they had, alas. Bathrooms: Clean and spacious. Generally well done.

I have been to other Priority Pass lounges and was fairly disappointed, however this one was a pleasant surprise. Located directly across from gate 9, this club is down the hall from the other lounges offered at this airport. Check-in was simple, I presented my PP card, boarding pass and (thankfully) the staff spoke perfect English to assist me. This lounge isn't the largest I have ever been to, but the decor is beautiful. You feel like you're in a cabin in the mountains, large leather chairs, faux cowhide ottomans, wood floors and a dimly lit atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi access, plenty of chargers and a nice variety of food/drink. On my recent visit there was a nice selection of Argentinian wines, standard liquor selection (vodka, jack daniels, tequila, gin, fernet) and a soda machine to make your own drinks or for the non-alcoholic options. Food included some veg options with salad, cous cous, chickpeas, whole wheat crackers, and even Oreos (for us vegan travelers that need to satisfy that sweet tooth). The staff was incredibly attentive, space was clean and the bathrooms have individual stalls giving some privacy to freshen up between flights. If you're a star alliance member or have a Priority pass I highly recommend stopping in this lounge while waiting on a flight at EZE.
