Dentist is there to get the most money and do the least amount of work…read more The rest of the staff is has helpful as they can be with such an awful overseer. I just paid for TWO SURGICAL EXTRACTIONS, and SHE DIDNT EVEN REMOVE THEM BOTH FULLY. So now, my molar is NOT ONLY still present, but SHARP, and PROTRUDING at unnatural angles. She had to take a freaking break even though I had only been in the chair for maybe 20 minutes, and she put as LITTLE muscle and strategy into it before resorting to breaking out the surgical tools. She's the worst dentist I've ever been to. I don't even do reviews. But after spending 400$ on partial removals of these TWO teeth... I don't want anyone else to have to suffer from her shoddy, lazy, careless and greedy work. DONT GO HERE. Oh, and when they admittedly messed up my first X-ray (for a previous visit) and had to do a second, they attempted to charge me for both. I said "Well, you just admitted it was your mistake. I'll gladly pay for one, but the first one is on you baby." Btw - I am a single mom of 3 with no insurance, so I pay cash. Awful work ethic and awful work. Again. Office staff is so sweet. I'm sorry y'all have a boss who absolutely blows at her job.

Best dentist I have ever been to! I came all the way from California to come to this office…read more First off, the office is amazing. It's not a boring, style-less dentist office. Each room has a different theme from basketball, cars, and even a hunting room. I had to get a root canal, and it was absolutely painless. Literally no pain at all, even the numbing shot was painless. Dr. Pursifull and his team are top notch professionals. They let me know exactly what I needed, what could wait, and what not to worry about. It doesn't get any better than Dr. Pursifull!

I even have my EOB's and contacted my insurance company to make sure I was overcharged $1300.00. I have wrote letters (to their corporate office, local office, and the dentist at the location) and have been to the business in person and no one can give me an answer or I am told the office manager will look into it and call me.. I have tried calling numerous times and have to leave messages because they never answer the phone. No one returns your calls. I even have copies of my EOB's and my account summary from Aspen showing what I paid.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE USING ASPEN. Aspen Dental is a corporate dental chain. They use Arestin,…read morewhich is an antibiotic placed under the gum line to treat periodontitis. The efficacy of Arestin is questionable and the side effects are numerous. Many systemic side effects have been reported by numerous people who have taken it. In addition there are case studies that have shown that Arestin causes lymphoma in mice models. Aspen Dental is notorious for over prescribing Arestin, which in my opinion is used as a revenue enhancer. I would recommend anyone reading this to steer clear from this company. Go to a real periodontist, preferably one that is capable of the laser procedure called LANAP. LANAP is expensive however much better outcomes are being reported with it vs Arestin.
