I just paid for TWO SURGICAL EXTRACTIONS, and SHE DIDNT EVEN REMOVE THEM BOTH FULLY. So now, my molar is NOT ONLY still present, but SHARP, and PROTRUDING at unnatural angles. She had to take a freaking break even though I had only been in the chair for maybe 20 minutes, and she put as LITTLE muscle and strategy into it before resorting to breaking out the surgical tools. She's the worst dentist I've ever been to. I don't even do reviews. But after spending 400$ on partial removals of these TWO teeth... I don't want anyone else to have to suffer from her shoddy, lazy, careless and greedy work. DONT GO HERE. Oh, and when they admittedly messed up my first X-ray (for a previous visit) and had to do a second, they attempted to charge me for both. I said "Well, you just admitted it was your mistake. I'll gladly pay for one, but the first one is on you baby." Btw - I am a single mom of 3 with no insurance, so I pay cash. Awful work ethic and awful work. Again. Office staff is so sweet. I'm sorry y'all have a boss who absolutely blows at her job.
