After patching up our old roof the last few years, it was finally time for a full replacement…read more After 32 years in the South Texas sun ...and with hurricane season coming, we needed a roof we could count on. I researched different options online, comparing asphalt and metal, and kept seeing ads for Frontline Home Solutions. Their ads with Juan Curling stood out, and after checking their website, values, and practices, I decided to reach out. From the start, my experience with Frontline was excellent. Jazmin Sánchez, the representative who came out, clearly explained the process, the company's promises, and the financing options available. Before she left, I felt confident enough to sign the contract and put down a deposit. We chose Owens Corning Duration SureNail 30-year architectural shingles. Not only do they look great, but they come with a solid 30 year warranty and even helped lower my homeowners insurance premium. The package was all-inclusive: removal of old shingles, underlayment, new drip edge, ridge vents, replacement of damaged plywood or soffit/fascia (within limits), cleanup, and labor. The crews arrived on time, worked hard in the extreme heat, and finished the job quickly. The new roof looks fantastic. Could I have gone with a cheaper option? Sure. But with South Texas heat and the threat of hurricanes, I wanted quality, not shortcuts. The warranty, professionalism, and integrity of Frontline made the choice clear. They even lived up to their promise of $10 for every nail left behind. A special shout-out to Jazmin for her guidance and to Alfredo Salinas for overseeing the job. Both were attentive and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend Frontline Home Solutions. They kept their promises, delivered quality work, and gave me peace of mind with a roof built to last.

I've used her services on and off for over two years. Initially, she did a great job, and I planned…read moreto hire her monthly. However, I started noticing issues like food chunks left on dishes, streaks, and areas that were supposed to be cleaned but weren't. Over time, the quality declined, especially after I stopped leaving higher tips. At one point, I stopped using her services entirely. Recently, I realized she must've rebranded when I found her number again while searching for a cleaner. She scheduled an appointment with me for today (between 11 AM and 1 PM) but never showed up, called, or communicated that she'd be late. While she has a pleasant personality and started strong, her communication and consistency are poor, and issues with thoroughness were never properly addressed. And yes, I did decide to sleep in until noon because I knew she would be late

Asked to speak to a supervisor, Esmer aka SUPERVISOR told me that my receipt was emailed on 1/16/2026 which I replie if YOU actually looked at the receipt YOU would see it was for maintence on my previous year $75 NOT FOR THE MAINTENANCE RENEWAL of $200 so she LIED.
